    A cryptic smile graced Bette’s lips.

     

    “What’s the last one?”

    “But Mrs. Kroll..”

     

    “My only consolation is that I will never see those four in here again..!” Phyllis screamed as she slammed the office door shut on her assistant’s face. With her chest heaving up and down, she closed her eyes and leaned against the wood. Her heart was beating furiously, and it wouldn’t take a doctor to tell her that her blood pressure was dangerously up. After an hour of showering and cleaning up inside the gym locker room, she had regained some semblance of her former self. For a while there, they almost shaved off all her hair after the glue dried up in clumps and massacred her blonde mane. Luckily, they were able to get a hold of her hairdresser and arrange a desperate salvation effort in an hour. So for the meantime, she was here.. inside her office.. in nothing but a bathrobe.. alone with her head covered in a towel – hiding from disgruntled board members and disappointed – yet inwardly amused – parents.

     

    This is what she hated about being the highest authoritative figure in the school. Every year, senior pranks seem to be directed mostly at her. Her position made her everyone’s main target. There were years when she successfully evaded and foiled some clever attempts – but there were also times when she wasn’t very fortunate. This year was one of those times.

     

    At least its over now, she thought with a sigh.

     

    Or not.

     

    “Moo..”

     

    Moo? She frowned and opened her eyes.

     

    The sight that greeted her zapped her of all her remaining energy. She fell to her knees as her lower lip quivered.

     

    “What did I do to deserve this?” She bemoaned.

     

    All around her, farm and wild animals roamed free inside her office. A cow was chewing on a bucket full of grass at the corner, a pair of goats were nibbling on her budget report, a family of chickens were clucking their way around the room, different birds – and their multitude of droppings – lay perched on the chairs and table tops, a huge snake was coiled around her coat rack and a hog was sleeping with its belly up on her Moroccan carpet.

The way you write these two (especially Bette) is just brilliant even though its quite obvious Bette is whipped by Tina i’m not sure it’s all gonna go Tinas way this time…can they really be parted long term?!! pps!

    16. Wow, a 33-page update. You’re an awesome writer, Alchemy. The lovebirds’ “unique” reviewing method in the last chapter is awfully funny! :> I’m not familiar with HYD but I have a bad feeling on how this story is gonna end. So Alchemy, if I go down on my knees and beg, would you consider deviating from the probable gloomy ending of that story and give us a happy ending instead? I don’t know how their relationship will survive such distance and painful parting. There’s enough gloom in the real world right now what with the global recession and all the other shit that when I retreat into the fictional world of these young, horny lovebirds, I just want to see them happy, together and in love. Please, please fix this ending, Alchemy. Anyway, thanks a lot for sharing this story and writing these lovely, kilometric updates! And Merry Chrismas to you and your loved ones!!! :>
