    She looked up at the sky and sighed. It was a starless night – and somehow, it rattled her senses. Maybe this was a message from the heavens – telling her that her fate was in her hands and she shouldn’t let false hopes intervene.

    “Babe, do you love me?”

     

    “Of course I do.” Bette smiled, placing a kiss on the side of Tina’s head.

     

    “How much?”

     

    “Oh, just enough.” The brunette teased. The blonde eased away a bit and raised a questioning eyebrow. Bette chuckled and placed the softest of kisses on her girlfriend’s pouting lips. “Its unquantifiable and its immeasurable, I just know that I love you a lot. And I mean, a lot.”

     

    “Okay,” Tina nodded, returning her head to its original position on Bette’s shoulder. She was silent for a minute before she asked another question, her voice small like a child. “Porter, what would you do for me?”

     

    A puzzled look found its way on Bette’s face. Where did all these questions come from? Did she fail to proclaim her love as much as she should have that the blonde needed some reassurance from her?

     

    No, she frowned a little, she was pretty sure that she wasn’t lacking in that department. Everyday, she would tell and show her girlfriend just how much she was appreciated and loved. Maybe she just wants to hear me say it again, a smile washed away her small frown. Tina was so darn cute. “What would I do for you? Let me see,” She paused, pretending to think long and hard about the question. “I guess, pretty much everything and anything.”

     

    Maybe it was a good thing that Bette couldn’t see her face, cause when she heard those words – the same ones that she wanted and dreaded to hear – Tina’s face fell and tears started to pool in her hazel eyes. Clueless about her state of being on the brink of tears, Bette continued.

     

    “You see, I am your loyal and devoted servant. Say something and I will follow. Ask for anything and I will give it to you. I will wait at your feet and fulfill your every wish to the best of my abilities.” She boldly proclaimed, confident and secure about her feelings for Tina.

The way you write these two (especially Bette) is just brilliant even though its quite obvious Bette is whipped by Tina i’m not sure it’s all gonna go Tinas way this time…can they really be parted long term?!! pps!

    16. Wow, a 33-page update. You’re an awesome writer, Alchemy. The lovebirds’ “unique” reviewing method in the last chapter is awfully funny! :> I’m not familiar with HYD but I have a bad feeling on how this story is gonna end. So Alchemy, if I go down on my knees and beg, would you consider deviating from the probable gloomy ending of that story and give us a happy ending instead? I don’t know how their relationship will survive such distance and painful parting. There’s enough gloom in the real world right now what with the global recession and all the other shit that when I retreat into the fictional world of these young, horny lovebirds, I just want to see them happy, together and in love. Please, please fix this ending, Alchemy. Anyway, thanks a lot for sharing this story and writing these lovely, kilometric updates! And Merry Chrismas to you and your loved ones!!! :>
