    Part 3

    "No, Bette… I’m sorry too for ignoring everything you have taught me… I just don’t know what came over me…"
    "You are caring … and loving …." Bette interrupted softly, smiling in the kisses she deposited on her forehead, and her cheek with each quality she proffered and just before she reached her lips again she whispered, "and you have a real sense of what’s right and what’s wrong…. and it if were possible, that alone makes me love you a little bit more everyday."
    Before Tina had the time to respond, Bette kissed her like it was going to be their last kiss ever. She teased with her tongue, running it along the lusciousness of Tina’s lower lip before deepening the contact and nearly feeling overcome by the shock of desire such a simple act provoked in her.
    She moaned in the kiss before hearing the exact same reaction from her wife when her hand which so far had been chastely caressing her back, swept to Tina’s front, sliding easily along the soft, warm skin to brush over ribs, the swell of a full breast back down and over the twitching muscles of her stomach before slowly this time, dipping below the waistband of Tina’s short.
    The blonde’s hips bucked forward anticipating the intimate touch and she was  not disappointed when Bette’s  fingers slid effortlessly and easily at her very core.
    And there it was. 
    Bette heard her name in hushed tone, breathed softly and tenderly out of Tina’s mouth, sweeping warmly over Bette’s mind like the savannah wind brushes lightly over the grassland.
    Bette lost herself in the feel of Tina, against her, over her, around her. She did not let her go until her body fell back down in an exhausted heap. 
    Then she picked her up gallantly and carried her back to their bedroom where they undressed each other to slip in the abandonned whiteness of their sheets. They curled up against one another, determined to finish the night, as it was meant,  enjoying the intimate and warm proximity of their naked bodies.

    "So what’s on your programme today?" the vet asked her breakfast companion as she set her coffee cup back down on the table where the remnants of their breakfast lay.

    13. Great update. Believe it or not google did not give the translation. I found it on MSN. I don’t know what the Mpenzi means but, the rest of it translates to “the laughter of a child brightens the house.” In my comments of last chapter, I said, Tina needs her own babies. This was a fantastic chapter, as all your writings have, this one showed the very depths of their love for each other and what their love could mean for a child in their lives. Loved it. More please! Thanks so much for sharing.

    17. Ah, yes, it is time for Bette and Tina to move into the next phase of their lives, Tina is ready to be a momma… That one was easy to figure out. I love this story and the deep love that these two women share with one another. I love the way you write and this story is one of my favorites. Thank you for creating this sequel.     21. Thanks so much for this chapter. The cubs are absolutely adorable and Tina is so sweet with them.I hope Augustine takes Bette’s advise and slows down a bit so that she doesn’t wear herself out. She’s a wonderful surrogate mother.
