Faithfully” Ashley sang and Spencer lifted her head looking into Ashley’s eyes

“I missed how perfect you were” she told Ashley

“I’m not perfect” Ashley told her

“you always were to me…” Spencer said kissing Ashley softly on the lips and holding it there until Ashley kissed her again and another song came on The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra and a huge smile covered Spencer’s face and Ashley laughed to herself a little “…I love Frank!” Spencer explained and Ashley spun her out

“I remember” Ashley told her and she kept dancing together

Shakespeare once wrote [Love is not love that alters when its alteration finds] now that doesn’t mean that it isn’t going to be hard. It doesn’t mean that there won’t be struggle or pain, but if it’s true love…then true love will persevere through any storm that comes in its way. Somehow, when the struggle and hardships seem never ending, the two companions see the light house against the shore, and it’s just proof that the love and the passion was worth every minute.

Ashley played concert after concert. All of them were in Los Angeles, and her fame seemed to be sky rocketing. She and Spencer went to nearly every Hollywood party together, and they always showed up at awards shows together as well. Spencer had yet to come out. She kept the secret, even though nearly every pop culture channel on the television had been speculating that the two of them were together. Spencer and Ashley always had no comment so such remarks. They kept their lives private, but they stayed together through it all. Spencer had eventually come out to her parents, and her mom was not all that supporting while her father only worried about Ashley’s career and the distance. Spencer and Ashley just didn’t want to be swarmed with paparazzi more than they already were. They both refused to do live interviews and if they did the questions were pre-determined avoiding discussion of ‘Spashley’.
