Spencer took her separate pictures, as did Ashley then they took the pictures together… “Spencer! Ashley! What’s with the rings?!” reporters screamed over and over and they didn’t say anything they just smiled then kept walking

The awards show was long. Ashley looked dressed up and gorgeous before the show, but once she hit the stage and did her live performance the glamour was gone…Ashley ended up winning the award for Best Up-Coming Artist and she ran right back on stage after her performance and took the award standing in front of the microphone

“are they shitting me?” she started “oh…sorry, can’t swear…” she corrected and you could hear laughter fill the arena “…uh wow, these things are kinda heavy, oh geez, where to start, that you to management! And Epic records for not kicking me out like everyone else!” she said and everyone laughed again “I’m probably the happiest girl in the world for so many reasons right now! This really is my dream come true and I owe it to all of you! Thank you so much!” she finished and everyone clapped for the then she jogged back off stage in her converse sneakers and Betsy Johnson dress that she had put her own little spin on…

She got back to her seat and Spencer gave her a hug “I want to kiss you so bad right now” Ashley whispered to the girl

“I owe you later then” Spencer whispered back and they smiled at each other

Ashley’s manager had planned the interview with People and they were more willing than ever to clear their schedule for Ashley and Spencer because it had been the story people were biting their fingers on. They arrived and they did a photo shoot for the cover and for the spread…the spread sheet was a huge picture of then sitting on the ground with a white backdrop and Spencer was sitting between Ashley’s legs and Ashley’s arms were around Spencer then they put their hands so you could see both of their rings clearly. They didn’t smile at the camera for the huge spread, Spencer had her head to the side looking at Ashley making a funny face with her eyes crossed and mouth open and Spencer was laughing at her.
