What Happens in Vegas (3)
"So we meet again Joyce," John said sitting down beside the fuming brunette.
Eric walked in next looking calm but Tina knew he was angry. He wasn’t one to physically show it but he would say horrible things to make up for it.
Eric’s attorney walked in behind him and sat down next to him.
"Joyce," he said disdainfully.
Joyce gave him her confident, cocky smirk and said, "Paul."
"Bette Porter married? That’s bull shit!" Natalie screeched.
"Natalie," John scolded making the brunette huff angrily and cross her arms over her chest.
"So this is who you leave me for Tina?" Eric said softly.
Bette didn’t like him already. Just the way his intense gaze made Tina squirm uncomfortably bothered her and she wanted to punch him in the nose.
"Yeah, got a problem with it?" Tina challenged indignantly.
Bette could tell she was much weaker than him, she wasn’t used to standing up to herself. She was submissive. She silently vowed to teach Tina how to be more dominant, she cared deeply for the woman she had only known for a few weeks since the incident in Vegas, and she didn’t want some prick to control her like some sort of puppet.
"Hmm," Eric huffed carelessly, "honestly I don’t see what she sees in you, you’ve gained weight. Come on Tina, she’s way out of your league."
Bette’s anger flared when she saw Tina’s eyes fill with tears and her struggle to try to keep her head up.
"For you information asshole," Bette snapped slapping the table with her hands as she stood up, "Tina is more than enough woman for me! She is the most beautiful woman in the world…"
"What world?" Natalie said with a scoff.
"Shut the fuck up Natalie!" Bette spat before turning back to Eric, "she is absolutely perfect and you are piece of shit in comparison to her. You’re just an insignificant little ant and she’s a goddes! You do not and will never be able to satisfy her that’s why she came to me."
Eric looked stunned and Natalie’s jaw was almost touching the table.
Joyce had a wide grin on her face and Tina was looking up at Bette in pure admiration and appreciation.
"Well, I think a joint court date is in order," Joyce said.

Amazing.Well done Bette.PPS
I’m in love with this story!!!!! PPS
bette’s views are the ones of “second wave feminism”. although feministic theory building, science and research are long past by that, most of the people associate feminism with the theories of second wave f. Sadly. Because feminism is so much more than that (see: gender studies, black feminism, third wave f., theories by Simone de Beauvoir or Judith Butler). Anyway i have a feeling, that in this story Tina’s character could be very one sided -as a vulnerable woman who struggles with this. i suppose you don’t want to make things too complicated in this story, but i really would love to read about a more colourful Tina. i think your idea is interesting, but please don’t slip in the area of too superficial characters. on the side there are already 98725394165234912492164192643972416398532 storries of that kind… :P Hope I didn’t upset you! Looking forward to “Crossing boundries” as always!^^
LoL… Precaution is good prevention!! :-D thanks for great update! :-)I love the story flow! And I do looking forward on Tina’s development on the challenge and how Bette is coaching her ;-)
