    Chapter 30, Part 3: Love is all that I can give to you, love is more than just a game for two (Shane and Alice talk to Tina and Bette…will anyone listen?)

     

    “No, baby,” Bette giggled and offered Tina the flowers.

     

    “Flowers? It is a bribe,” Tina rubbed her eyes and sat up.

     

    “Okay, yes…it’s a bribe to ask for your forgiveness,” Bette answered, getting closer to Tina and giving her a hug and a gentle kiss.

     

    “Bette, baby, I am the one who needs to ask for forgiveness. Do you have any idea how crazy you made me last night?” Tina stopped, seeing the confusion on Bette’s face. “Wait, wait…let me start over. I am so sorry for…for everything.  You made me crazy at SheBar last night. It was really stupid of me to go dance with Helena but I was so jealous and then…and then seeing you with Candace…I just lost control, baby. Bette, I have been in love with you since I was a young girl. I’m sorry for everything that happened last night…”

     

    She didn’t have a chance to finish as Bette got closer and silenced Tina with a kiss. At first it was soft and tender then it became more passionate until they both stopped, breathless, lying in each other arms. Tina’s mind went completely blank. The kiss couldn’t have lasted for more than a few seconds but for them it seems like an eternity.

     

    They both were looking into each other’s eyes, finding love and desire, both ready but scared to make the fist move. Bette finally said, taking a deep breath, “Tee, I…I…love you, I’m in love with you. Oh my God, I’m so in love with you.”

     

    She grabbed Tina’s face with both her hands and began kissing her again, trying to convey all her love and passion that she felt.

     

    Tears ran down Tina’s cheeks as she reluctantly broke the kiss and caressed Bette’s lips. She smiled and whispered, leaning closer to Bette’s ear, “Do you know how long I’d waited to hear those words?”

     

    Tenderly, they began to touch each other again. This time Tina gently cradled Bette’s face in her hands and said softly, “I love you too, Bette. I always have. I was so miserable tonight…without you. I can’t live without you.”

     

    “Sorry for making you miserable,” Bette smiled.

     

    “I’d rather be miserable with you than happy without you,” Tina answered and they began kissing each other again, with each kiss their passion and desire growing.   

     

    “Tina, will you make love with me tonight?” Bette asked shyly, feeling vulnerable, yet more confident than she had before.

     

    “Are you sure?” Tina asked, looking into Bette’s eyes.

     

    “Yes, I’m sure, Tee. I’ve never had such strong feelings for anyone before and now that I could finally tell you how I feel, I just want so much for you to touch me and make love to me. I’m ready.”

    1. Wow…I wasn’t expectibng this update tonight…thank you B&TF! This was really good..Bette and Tina explaining their feeling for each other. But…Bette still doesn’t know Christina is alive in 1885…Tina needs to tell her otherwise I’m thinking it will be a source of drama somewhere down the road. Oh wait…maybe it’s supposed to be. Anyway, I love this story…it’s fun, it’s imaginative and you are telling it well. Can’t wait for your next update!

My internet connection keeps disappearing so if you get more than one comment from me, pick the one you like the best. :-) I’m so happy to have gotten another chapter so soon, and I’m so happy, both for Bette and Tina and for myself, that those alternative realities were just dreams. Yikes!! Altenate versions of this story would have been great but they would have had me so enthralled that I would have needed to keep notes. I am so happy that Bete felt that she could finally tell Tina that she loved her. I am very much looking forward to the next chapter because I have great faith that it will be wonderful, loving and, of course, sexy

For a moment, I thought that Bette would wake up again, but this time on Friday morning, and would re-live the night at Milk, but this time making it right, sending Candace to hell, and stopping Tina from dancing with Helena… But this is even better, and besides, it is true that sometimes the most painful ordeals lead to the happiest outcomes… Thanks for a beautiful (and very looked forward to) chapter, and PPS! K ;)
