Chapter 31: Love has no fear (just Bette and Tina…the moment you’ve all been waiting for)
(Previously) They both were looking into each other’s eyes, finding love and desire, both ready but scared to make the fist move. Bette finally said, taking a deep breath, “Tee, I…I…love you, I’m in love with you. Oh my God, I’m so in love with you.”
She grabbed Tina’s face with both her hands and began kissing her again, trying to convey all her love and passion that she felt.
Tears ran down Tina’s cheeks as she reluctantly broke the kiss and caressed Bette’s lips. She smiled and whispered, leaning closer to Bette’s ear, “Do you know how long I’d waited to hear those words?”
Tenderly, they began to touch each other again. This time Tina gently cradled Bette’s face in her hands and said softly, “I love you too, Bette. I always have. I was so miserable tonight…without you. I can’t live without you.”
“Sorry for making you miserable,” Bette smiled.
“I’d rather be miserable with you than happy without you,” Tina answered and they began kissing each other again, with each kiss their passion and desire growing.
“Tina, will you make love with me tonight?” Bette asked shyly, feeling vulnerable, yet more confident than she had before.
“Are you sure?” Tina asked, looking into Bette’s eyes.
“Yes, I’m sure, Tee. I’ve never had such strong feelings for anyone before and now that I could finally tell you how I feel, I just want so much for you to touch me and make love to me. I’m ready.”

Place: Los Angeles, CA – Tina’s house
Year: Nov. 26, 2005 – Saturday, 5 am
Tina was surprised yet thrilled by Bette’s candor and was again speechless for a moment, and it had been happening a lot to her lately. Tina knew that, unlike herself, Bette was a virgin and that thought excited and frightened her.
‘I’m going to be the first person to touch her most intimate places and make love to this beautiful and incredible person…first and last, if I have anything to say about it,’ Tina thought with delight.
She kept looking at Bette as tears began streaming down her cheeks. Tina couldn’t believe that her dreams were about to come true.

Don’t tell me Bette actually thought to herself ‘What a feeling!’ ? Hahaha ! I was almost hoping she would start dancing there ! LOL !! This was a nice chapter, B&TF. I mean, I have no idea if that’s realistic or not in terms of lesbian sex, but I don’t really care, what matters is it works for me in terms of a romantic story. Thank you, B&TF. Now I really wanna know what’s going to happen next. I really want Tina to find the courage to tell Bette what she knows about her time, about Christina, about her family, etc.

Great story that I almost didn’t read to begin with. (Just becuase of the Time travel portion) I read L word Fanfiction everyday as I walk on my tredmill, gotta multi task. This has been an amazing story. One of my favorites. Really well written. I know that everyone has there on take on characthers but it has really surprised me that “Tina” didn’t tell “Bette” about Christina being alive before she made love to her. I know that it adds to the drama. But that was really dishonest of her.
