Masked Feelings CH 98 Questionable Tension

Erika – This is nothing. You wouldn’t make it through an interrogation with me.

Roxy – If you think you can’t sleep, I’ll sleep somewhere else.

    Erika – Don’t be ridiculous.

Roxy – You’re the one making an issue. Maybe I should be the one who should be asking what you do in your sleep.

    Erika – I guess you’ll find out.

Roxy – What does that mean?

    Erika – You’ll see.

    _______________________________________________________________________________

Erika turned off the bedside lamp. Roxy lie still. A few moments ago, she thought that she could go to sleep. Right now, sleep didn’t seem like an escape. Maybe Erika going to sleep would be. What would she do in her sleep or was this just a mind game?

Alice – I never thought I would be so glad to be home.

Dana – I never thought I’d have so many places where paper would stick.

Alice laughed and pulled another couple shreds of paper from Dana’s hair.

    Dana – You shouldn’t laugh.

Dana tugged a couple out of the back of Alice’s head.

Alice – I’m so damn hungry.

    Dana – Oh shit…

    Alice – What?

Dana – The bag… you were asking about the blanket earlier.

    Alice – And?

Dana – There is food in the bag and I left it out in the car. I was planning a picnic, but that got all fucked up.

Alice – I’m sorry everything didn’t work out. I kind of feel like it’s my fault. We should’ve taken the main elevator or better yet, the stairs. I’m just happy that you were there.

Dana – I wouldn’t want to be any other place. Don’t you know that?

She took Alice’s hand and guided her to the bedroom and straight into the bathroom,

With their clothes still on, Dana pulled her into the bathtub and turned the water on. The full stream of water soaked them both.

Alice – Dana Fairbanks, you are one crazy woman.

    Dana – Maybe, I am.

Alice – But it’s one of the things I love the most about you.

Dana – You know what I love about you?

    Alice – What?

Dana – When you’re wearing nothing at all…

Then she kissed her full lips and pulled the shirt over the blond’s head. Alice followed suit and yanked the shirt over Dana’s head. They undressed each other, piece by piece until they were both completely naked. They kissed passionately, pressing their bodies full against each other. Dana’s fingers were grasping her hair and pulling her closer, while Alice’s hands were digging at the tender flesh of her back. They were as close as anyone could be but in a way it wasn’t close enough. Breasts against breasts, they rubbed together, stimulated nipples protruding, painfully aching and causing a whole new wetness. Warm, moist steam filled the bathroom, making it sultry and hot but it was nothing compared to what burned inside. Dana pushed Alice against the shower wall, knocking down a bottle of shampoo. It quickly dispensed from the container and left a trail of liquid, the length of the bathtub.

    1. So glad to see you back, brteyes!! How bad do I suck? I can’t believe I missed out on commenting on a post from you. My sincere apologies… Goose needs to be better at checking the site more often. That chapter was great as was this one. I don’t think you have missed a beat with your absence. I loved both updates. I think you are actually improving — the story lines are all advancing nicely. I love the “calm before the storm” moments with Dana and Alice. The mirror thing and the crash at the end are mighty creepy, though. I really find myself intrigued with the Roxy back story. It might be my favorite storyline at the moment. The stuff with Marco is also interesting — the way you are twining his desires with those of his family. It really is so great to get more of this story. I plan to keep reading as long as you keep posting. Thanks!!
