Eternally yours: when a lifetime is not enough # 15

    Alice was mute.

“And you know how hard this will be, Alice …Take a look on your own response.”

“Bette…”  But no more words came. Alice had just realized that everything fitted. It was Tina who told her about the blackout, the park, the connection, the dark room, and the way the brunette smiled when they came.

Alice tried to embrace the art gallery owner, but Bette offered resistance.

    “No…”

The mocha tried to get ridden from the journalist’s arms.

Tears came back with full force and sadness invaded the brunette’s chest.

“And Alice you called me cold. And ..still…You tell me that she’s suffering…”

Finally Bette gave up and the journalist involved her.

“…Alice…God, Alice! I want her forever and not for a day…I couldn’t stand loser her again…!”

    “Shhhh….Shhhh…”

Bette cried with open gates. Her sobs filled the blonde´s arms. The mocha skinned woman sobs reverberated on Alice’s chest.

The journalist didn’t know but Bette never cried that way before. She was feeling herself break while she still had to prove her faith in Destiny and Fate.

Alice, who always would have a word, could only have a thought. She felt impotent.

When Bette calmed down, the blonde watched while the art collector kept the fabric from her t-shirt tightened between her fingers.

“What happened, Bette?” Alice couldn’t contain herself. “What did you discover about your last reincarnation?”

“I will tell you when you get ready, Alice.”

    “…Ok…”

“And Al…, you know that Tina would feel betray when she discover we already know each other, don’t you? You are dating one of my best friends…”

“Fuck…She will retail me in peaces…"

“See…?It would be too much information…”

“Ok, Bette, but… God! Tell me that Fate and Destiny had called you and told when you would meet…

    “No, Al…Not yet…”

    —————————-

    Tina’s voice was alive.

“Alice! Sally is here! Do you want to go to the park with us?”

“Good morning, my blonde bombshell!” It’s good to see you happy again! In such a good mood!”

“Yeah! I don’t know why, but I woke up happy … Besides, Sally is here and she will make my days a lot better…”

“God! You know how hurt a friend…” The journalist faked offense.

    1. Oh Braz, I loved the ending…..and we all know that the animals/pets know when people are mean, good, happy sad and all the emotions we carry upon us. Sally knew that Meltic was a bad spirit in that body of his. How many days before Meltic comes back?

    2. OMG! Sally is Bette’s former dog isn’t she? The one that bit Meltic after he shot the arrow that eventually killed Bette!!! Am I right? No wonder the dog hates him and pees all over his worthless belongings. Go Sally Go — and I mean that literally! Braz, I just don’t know how I grow to love this story more with each and every chapter. Yes, I do – it’s your fantastic story telling ability. Thank you for posting again so soon but I have to say, this chapter didn’t meet my need for sufficient Bette and Tina interaction – now I simply must have more!!! And soon please!!! I’m with Rau – let Meltic’s plane crash… and please give our lover’s another chance to ummmm….connect!

    3. Hello My most beautiful Poetess… your words melt within my soul and transform the language of love and loss within me… you reinvent the meaning of creating stories and passion… and love and words… you inspire me completely to reach further within myself to pull out all of my passion… all of my love and just fuse them with the words as they pour out of my soul onto the page. You are so very brilliant and special to share words with… to involve and experience… I am sorry I have been absent recently but rest assured I consume your words with restless abandon… mucho love and hugs my eternal poet, JC Latin Nephew to those Salsa Angels…

    4. i also think sally is bette’s former dog… no wonder sally hates meltic. meltic went away for a how many days?? lets keep him away longer please,lol..:)PPS

    5. Hi, Braz! *waving* Thanks for your kind words! We miss you, too! As for the story, you are keeping the right pace, sweetie. You have to unveil all those special details that have been part of their bond in former lives. That is the only way to make Tina comprehend the trascendental role that Bette has been as her soulmate. As for Meltic, hope he stays away for a while, to give time for Bette to solidify their union and find out what is the stone that was placed to avoid their union and that needs to be removed, so they may come back to each other. This story is amazing, Braz. Our fav, as you so know. Keep telling us how everything fits in this lifetime. How fate and and destiny play an important role.
