She lifted her head and kissed Bette’s chin, worked upward and nibbled first one then the other lip and at last kissed Bette‘s nose.
“I don’t ever want to hurt you, Bette ! But I know what you mean, because I feel exactly the same way.” She told her lover. “These feelings are so deeply ingrained…”
A last lone tear fell on Bette’s cheek. “I love you, Bette Porter !”
They exchanged a light kiss and Helena’s head found residence on Bette’s chest again. Both struggled to stay awake, but the whole day culminated in this emotional moment finally got the best of them and they closed their eyes to be claimed by sleep.

Back at the Planet a heated discussion about travelling had erupted. Everyone spoke at once and finally a voice behind Kit could be heard.
“Hey, what’s going on here ? You’re disturbing the peace !” Angus leaned down to kiss Kit.
“Hey, all !”
“Hey, Angus, take a seat. The more the merrier.” Shane laughed at him.
He was introduced to Marina who had for a moment a hard time to keep a neutral expression at discovering that Angus was Kit’s boyfriend.. and the father of her unborn child.
All that was soon forgotten as Angus was integrated in the round. It turned rowdy and all of them had a lot of fun. After all it was Friday night and most were off for the weekend.

Alice had closed the phone before the call went through and decided it would be better not to open a new can of worms. She started the ignition of her trusted Mini and turned into the direction of the Planet. Maybe she would find a friendly soul there to talk… The Planet was after all the best real bar in WeHo.

The family table was the envy of the whole Planet. A lot of people were looking at the group and would pay good money to be a part of that specific crowd.
Everyone with the exception of Kit had tanked a little and the topics of discussion were now on relationships. Suddenly an unfomfortable silence reigned, since all looked at Shane. Who turned her head to April for help.

Okay its better than better. Love Blue aka Mr Porter. If Bette is happy with Helena then so shall I be. The gang is so full of life. Shane is cute with April. Marina will do her best to win her love back. Blue is so cute watch his mistress sleep and dreaning of a gift for. I’m a cat lover. I really really love the story.Never doubt that. thanks

I love that you’re bringing Marina back into the fold. She’s such an interesting character with much potential, not to mention that I like Jenny a lot better with Marina.
Hey Kijuma- Boy, does that Blue have a great life or what? Is it wrong that I’m jealous of a cat??? Anyway, you definitely didn’t disappoint w/ this chapter. PPS! And Blue lying on Bette’s tummy being stroked is just the cutest scene ever.
Hey Kijuma…another excellent post dear as always. I am sorry you are sick…I have worked really hard now I get some time off so I can spend some quality time with Susannah and maybe we will invite the neighbors over for a BBQ or maybe they will have one and invite us. Please post again real soon.

Good chapter. Lol B&H, they are cute and sweet and funny, love them. Blue is smart and cute, and I think maybe I will have a cat some day lol and hope the cat is smart like Blue. Ok now whats happen to Alice. Anyway Im glad to catch up with your story and love it, can’t wait to see more, thanks!!
Kijuma, You know I love ya!! I love this story too,with interaction with Bette and Helena and Mr Porter. You do capture his feelings quite well!! Of course I help pay for the house so sky doesn’t have to work so hard…then maybe I would get to see her more too…Sky….

You have a way with words and it’s not even you own language, I’m in awe. Bette and Helena are good together you are portraying them just the way I would like to see them. Women who know were they stand for but not overly Alpha. I just looooove Blue, you’re description of him is so vivid…I can almost hear him snore.But who the f*ck is with Alice?
