Everyone had taken a seat and Kit joined them, smiling.
“We are behaving so far.” She answered.
“Junior ?” Marina wasn’t sure if she had heard right. “Looks like I missed a lot around here ?”
“Yeah, you can say that again.” Jenny smiled at Marina.
The first real smile she granted her ex this day and Marina got a reminder of something she threw away carelessly those few years ago. But she wouldn’t wail in self pity now, because this time around she was genuine and true to herself and she promised herself to do everything in her power to win Jenny Schecter back.
“Where’s the proud dad, by the way ?” Shane asked Kit.
“He should be here soon. Called a few minutes ago… stuck in traffic.” Kit grinned.
“So, what else did I miss ?” Marina wanted to be a part of the conversation.
“What didn’t you ?” Shane, even uncomfortably, smiled.
“You’re right ! It was an uncalled for question.” Marina was about to give up, but Shane got a kick under the table from April.
“Hey, that’s not what I meant, Marina. Sorry, if I came over wrong. A lot of things happened and most are not our place to tell. Maybe you can fill us in what you have done all the time away from us. Where have you been and what places did you visit ?”
Everyone was relieved that Shane had steered the topic away again. Marina started talking and quickly an animated discussion was on.

Alice had ended her show and felt not too dandy with her performance tonight. She was distracted and had a hard time to talk about a few topics on her to-do list. Even her producer had catched up on that but before there was a chance to talk to Alice about it, Alice had clocked out.
She reached her car and sat in it for a few minutes. Then she took her cell and dialed.

The lovers had snuggled together and Bette had taken a look at the photo. Margaret Waters was a stunning woman and she looked at her girlfriend with a question in her eyes.

Okay its better than better. Love Blue aka Mr Porter. If Bette is happy with Helena then so shall I be. The gang is so full of life. Shane is cute with April. Marina will do her best to win her love back. Blue is so cute watch his mistress sleep and dreaning of a gift for. I’m a cat lover. I really really love the story.Never doubt that. thanks

I love that you’re bringing Marina back into the fold. She’s such an interesting character with much potential, not to mention that I like Jenny a lot better with Marina.
Hey Kijuma- Boy, does that Blue have a great life or what? Is it wrong that I’m jealous of a cat??? Anyway, you definitely didn’t disappoint w/ this chapter. PPS! And Blue lying on Bette’s tummy being stroked is just the cutest scene ever.
Hey Kijuma…another excellent post dear as always. I am sorry you are sick…I have worked really hard now I get some time off so I can spend some quality time with Susannah and maybe we will invite the neighbors over for a BBQ or maybe they will have one and invite us. Please post again real soon.

Good chapter. Lol B&H, they are cute and sweet and funny, love them. Blue is smart and cute, and I think maybe I will have a cat some day lol and hope the cat is smart like Blue. Ok now whats happen to Alice. Anyway Im glad to catch up with your story and love it, can’t wait to see more, thanks!!
Kijuma, You know I love ya!! I love this story too,with interaction with Bette and Helena and Mr Porter. You do capture his feelings quite well!! Of course I help pay for the house so sky doesn’t have to work so hard…then maybe I would get to see her more too…Sky….

You have a way with words and it’s not even you own language, I’m in awe. Bette and Helena are good together you are portraying them just the way I would like to see them. Women who know were they stand for but not overly Alpha. I just looooove Blue, you’re description of him is so vivid…I can almost hear him snore.But who the f*ck is with Alice?
