“Fine Kit shut me out you’re so like your sister…heads up Oliver’s coming over.”
Oliver was walking over to Tina’s other family with John and felt a bit awkward when all the girls turned to look at him.
John smiled and patted him on the back. “Don’t let them intimidate you especially the little blond one they’re all really good people.”
Oliver glanced over at John. “Why especially the little blond one?”
John smiled widely. “Alice likes to ask questions and lots of them and she generally doesn’t edit anything she says but she’s a really great person.”
Oliver nodded and smiled as he reached the girls. He had already met Kit, Carmen, and Shane earlier in the evening. “Hi Kit, Shane, Carmen…”
He put his hand out towards Dana. “You must be Dana you know Tina always watched your tennis matches when they were televised. It’s a pleasure to meet you in person.”
Dana blushed at the comment she smiled brightly as she shook his hand. “It’s really nice to meet you too…did Tina really watch me?”
“Oh yeah her and Eli would watch you all the time. Sometimes Tina would tape your matches and I’d catch a few of those with them. I hope you don’t mind me saying but you have an excellent backhand.”
Oliver had a very charming smile and Dana smiled brightly at his complement. “I practiced really hard to get that backhand just right. Do you play tennis?”
“I look like a klutz on a tennis court. I don’t really have the skill for the sport.”
Through this exchange Alice was looking back and forth at Dana and Oliver while the other girls had an amused expression on their faces at the attention Oliver was paying to Dana.
Alice put her arm around Dana’s waist and raised her other hand to Oliver. “I’m Alice Dana’s partner.”
Oliver switched his attention to Alice. “Alice I heard a lot about you from Tina and more recently from Eli.”
“Oh yeah like what?”
“Tina told me you’re a writer in fact she had a prescription to the newspaper you wrote I guess it was her way of staying close and Eli mentioned how much fun he was having. In fact I wanted to thank all of you for showing Eli such a great time he had nothing but great things to say about all of you.”

Was Ava having that one night stand with Bette because of breaking it off with Tina? You were not kidding about the drama. At first I thought the drama was with Melvin and Bette and then Alice with Oliver, but now I know that it is Ava that is the drama. Please don’t let it mess with B&T. I know that you love them so I trust you. Congrats for the award, you deserved it. Have a Happy and safe New Year.

Congratulations on the award…this story is awesome! You know how to bring the drama. It was 7 pages but those 7 pages went by too quick. I think Bette should let Tina know about the one night stand also…was she the woman Bette was with that night Tina called her? This is a freakin small world…lol. How will Bette feel when she finds out how serious they were and how this chick wants to start a family with her T? I know it’s too much to ask for another post tonight…but can we get one Jan 1st? After you hangover wears off?
