"You are! I can promise you that. Now take me to bed!"

Bette smiles and leaned in and kissed Tina again harder and more passionately this time.

After yet another amazing love making session Bette lies awake and watches Tina sleep peacefully. She is reflecting on the past month of her life. There have been so many ups and downs and she just doesn’t know what else is in store for them. She knows that she and Tina are so strong, but you just never know and that is terrifying. Tina shifted in her sleep and held Bette tighter. Even in her sleep Tina had a way of comforting Bette.

The two women began to stir the next morning. They found each other staring into each other’s eyes. So much love between the two of them.

“Good morning baby” Tina whispered “ Feeling better about everything?”

“I do! It’s been a crazy month. I just hope that your memories come back sooner rather than later and we can get back to living our lives.”

“Well I feel like we are living a pretty good life now.”

“Yes T we are but it’s like we are in this alernate reality. I want to get you 100% back so we can talk about marriage and another baby and that kind of stuff.”

“Well it’s not like when I get my memory back the person I am now is going to disappear. We can still talk about those things Bette!”

“I know you are right, but I just feel like we should be focused on you and your recovery.”

“I understand that- but you are you right- we need to live our life and hopefully my memory will just come back.”

“Ok. one reality I’m not looking forward to is going back to work!”

“I really like having you around all the time!”

“Me too baby. What about you? Are you going to try and go to work this week?”

“Yes I guess so. I mean they told me to take all the time I need, but I think it wouldn’t hurt to be there and learn what it is I actually do for a living.”
