Initially Adrienne was shocked that it was a woman, for she knew that her blonde friend was straight as an arrow but she was even more shocked when she learned that the apple of Tina’s eyes was not only a woman but also ten years her junior.
However, in almost seven years that they had been good friends, Adrienne had to admit that she had never seen such sparkle in those gorgeous hazel eyes, only now and the person responsible was a woman named Bette Porter.
“Sounds to me this Bette is very special to you Tina”
The blonde smiled “Yes she is”
Although she’s not yet ready for the whole world to know that she’s dating a woman she wanted her good friend, Adrienne to know about the person who had been making her heart skipped a beat and who had been causing butterflies in her stomach
“How long you two have been going out now?”
“About a month”
“So she’s an artist?”
“Yes”
“Hmmm…”
Tina’s brow arched “Why? What are you thinking?”
“Well they say that most artists love to experiment and they can’t be monogamous “
“I heard that too but I don’t think Bette is like that and besides she’s not only an artist, she’s also applying as a professor at CU”
“Impressive, but how sure are you that her eyes are only for you? Don’t get me wrong Tina after everything that you’ve gone through all I want is to see you happy, but how can you be so sure that Bette is not experimenting with an older woman?”
“I don’t know… ” Tina said then sighed
“…I just know…”
She knew in heart that Bette won’t hurt her but what her friend said somehow made her a little bit worried, after all Bette was not only younger she was a very beautiful and attractive woman too.
“Well you know I love you Tina but I want to meet this woman, so just let me know when, ok?”
“Alright”
“Hey sweetie I gotta go now I have a meeting about the budget for the next quarter, just phone me if you need me ok?”
Adrienne stood up from her seat then gave her friend a kiss on the cheek

Tina really needs to tell her bosses what eric has contrived regarding her being on set with him all the time and it is for his convenience so he can be with her even though she doesn’t want it. Bette will be alright talking to Peggy at least I hope so. Thanks for sharing.
