    ”Dana, you have to take over this patient,” I said laying my iPad in front of her.

    ”Oh, that crazy bitch?”

    ”Yeah, I am not comfortable with being her physician.”

    ”Alright,” she sighed, ”you should file a restraining order if you’re that uncomfortable.”

    ”No, I don’t the the added drama, I can’t stress Tina out right now.”

    ”Why?”

    ”Her new job in pediatrics is stressful enough,” I said, avoiding the question. We hadn’t told anyone we were trying to concieve, we didn’t want to get everyone’s hopes up along with ours.

    I decided not to let Tina know about Nadia, I really didn’t want to upset her or stress her out. Her body needed to be healthy for conception and early pregnancy. I just prayed that Dana would treat and release Nadia quickly.

    I got home to a dark house, I called out for Tina but I heard nothing. She wasn’t working tonight and she didn’t say she was going out with the girls. I dropped my things and started unbuttoning my shirt and untucking it as I walked down the hallway to the bedroom. I saw a glow of light coming from under the door and my heart was pounding hard. I turned the door knob and opened the door slowly.
