    The precursor to the Finale that is “Episode 40.” The night before the Triple Wedding; Alice, Shane and Bette go over their history together at Alice’s apartment; Tina, Lara and Carmen spend the evening at Bette & Tina’s house; Bonds are solidified.

    In Alice’s apartment, three friends who have seen everything come and go over the years spend an evening together on the couch.  It’s the last before they all marry their respective brides tomorrow.  Bette, Alice and Shane, with Alice in the middle all kick back and relax and reflect.

    Alice: Gonna be quite a day tomorrow…

    Shane: Yep.

    Bette: And what better way to spend the night before…

    Alice: Yeah, this is alright.

    Bette: I think really we should all be blaming the two of you.

    Shane: Us?  Me and Al?  Why?

    Bette: Well…when you think about it, this all started with you guys being friends.

    Alice: Yeah…just sorta multiplied, didn’t it?

    Shane: Indeed.

    Alice: Kinda weird though.  I mean…I had my crowd that I was around….Shane had her crowd.

    Shane: And we got away from ‘em by hangin’ out at The Planet.

    Bette: I’ve always been curious…how’d you two meet?

    Alice: We never told you?

    Shane: Probably did, but Bette was too busy goin’ ga-ga over Tina.

    Shane smirks and Bette laughs.

    Bette: You’re probably right.

    Alice: Ga-Ga..I like that word.

    Shane: Feel free to use it.

    Alice: Ga…Ga!  Hahaha…

    Bette: My apologies if you told me before.  Would you mind refreshing my memory?

    Shane: It was a while back.

    Alice: I was doing a feature or LA Magazine on drug culture in the area.  Honestly, I didn’t wanna do the assignment.

    Shane: I was one of the anonymous interview subjects.

    Alice: Yeah.  It was pretty fucked up.

    Shane: I was a lot less sane then.

    Alice nods.

    Alice: Oh yeah.  That’s back when you were doing all sorts of stuff.

    Shane nods.

    Shane: Yeah.  I’m glad to be out of that shit now.

    Alice: The article wasn’t all that great and the magazine wound up scrappin’ it.  I told Shane afterwards and she just…

    Alice then attempts her best Shane impression.

    Alice: "Yeah, that’s cool."

    Shane shakes her head and chuckles.

    Alice: After that…we just started hangin’ out.

    Shane: We went to wild ass parties.

    2. Fantastic!! I have to say that I honestly enjoyed this journey, and I really hate to see it end, but hopefully there will be a sequel!!! HOLLA’, BABY-GIRL!!! LYLAS ;-p
