Andy: “No, thank you Bette.”

Bette left Andy’s office and called the florist. She ordered a bouquet of white orchids, Tina’s favorites, and sent them to her office. Afterwards she called Doctor Landon to reserve the sperm, which she would pick up at 3.30. It was already 12 o’clock, so Bette left the office to have lunch with some colleagues.

Tina arrived at the office and asked her assistant if she had any appointments. Her next appointment would be in five minutes, so Tina went to her office and looked through some paperwork when her phone rang.

Daniel: “Tina, Miss Buchet and her 5 year old son are here to see you.”

Tina: “Thanks Daniel. Send them in.”

Miss Buchet and her son entered Tina’s office and shook Tina’s hand.

Tina: “Hi Miss Buchet. And this must be Tommy.”

Miss Buchet: “Hi Doctor.”

Tina: “Please, take a seat. So, what seems to be the problem?”

Miss Buchet: “Well, Tommy has been coughing a lot and he has a lot of headaches.”

Tina: “Hmm, let me see. Do you have any other kind of pains?”

Tommy: “It hurts when I swallow.”

Tina: “I see. I’m just going to take a look. Tommy, open your mouth and say ‘a’ for me please.”

Tommy: “Aaaaaaaaaaaa.”

Tina: “You can close your mouth now. Let me just feel if anything is swollen.”

After investigating Tommy’s troth and listening to his breathing, it is very clear for Tina to know what’s going on.

Tina: “Well Miss Buchet, your son is just having a cold. Just take this note to the pharmacy and they will give you what you need. Everything is written on it, so they’ll explain you how many times Tommy has to take the medication and how long. If he still isn’t feeling any better after a week, just come and see me again.”

Miss Buchet: “Thank you Doctor. Where do I pay?”

Tina: “Just go to the reception. They’ll take care of that. It was nice meeting you Tommy.”

Tina shakes both Miss Buchet and Tommy’s hand again.

Tommy: “Goodbye Doctor. Mom, will I feel better now?”

Miss Buchet: “Yes Tommy, you will. Thanks to the doctor.”

Tommy: “Thank you Doctor.”

Tina: “You can call me Tina, Tommy. Now you get better, okay?”
