My first time…a Sci-Fi Story Chapter 13 – THE THINGS THAT OUR PARENTS NEVER TOLD US

The wedding day was awkward, both brides wear their family or native festive attire, as it was the fashion after hecatomb; after the ceremony during the following party Louise got drunker than Kristen, and Maxine was devastated looking for support on the only person there who knew everything behind her sorrow and misery, her closest male friend Melvin Porter. Maxine left with Melvin before the new wed went to their honeymoon; years later, after the death of her two lovers Melvin told Louise what happened; Maxine asked (almost begged) Melvin to impregnate her, not that she wanted sex or a good fuck, she was a real lesbian, and the African American was her friend, she wanted to forget her two former lovers, she wanted to love someone else with all her heart, she wanted to have a child and she knew, she was ovulating; for Melvin, whose admiration for her had grown day by day, it was an honor to have a child with this wonderful woman, even though he knew that they weren’t in love, but he decided in that moment that he wanted, indeed, have her as part of her family alone with Kate (aka Kit) her older and orphan daughter, after three months they married; while Kristen and Louise were still looking for the appropriate sperm sample in the blonde’s family genetic bank.
At this point in her memories, Louise was silently crying, with her hands covering her face, after few minutes she calmed herself and took another picture from the box, the picture showed the three friends again with a little almost two-year-old girl, Bette, and Louise with a very big lump in her belly close to the date to give birth, Maxine’s face reflected a mixture of pride for her daughter and sadness over estrangement with her friends; Kristen and Louise’s faces showed remorse, the picture was taken by Dina, the passed wife of Sharon during a University celebration event.
Louise remembers how hard was to talk or see her, because she thought Maxine had changed, she had a child with a man to whom she was married, a friend of them, but a man, which means that Maxine was no longer a lesbian and that was killing Louise because she knew that the brown-reddish hair woman was ‘very’ lesbian, she was her guide and mentor in her first sexual experiences; in those days she asked Kristen one night about their lack of communication with her old friend and lover and they both cried together, ending having wild sex that night.

Wow! The last page was very interesting and I hope you will update soon, I want to know Louise’s answer after Tina’s comment.
And Melvin a asexual man, in this case you can’t speak; like father and daughter. Bette is contrary to her father, a very sexual woman.
Loved the update! Thank you!
Hi Bibi:
Yes, I better would say respect Bette like mother like daughter; she inherited all her sexual drive, protectiveness, and intelligence from Maxine; her shyness, her ability to ‘change’ and being different from Melvin. Louise has to address and fix her relationship with Tina for the first and last time, otherwise, they would drive apart. Thanks so much for reading and commenting, I hope to update soon.

Wow!
What a chapter!
I waited a lot for this update.
Let us now by parts.
You mean that Emotions are the vectors that
Release all this transformation that is taking place
With the girls, and where are the Feelings? Because I know it exists
A certain confusion between feeling and emotion, for example
The emotion is reptilian, already the feeling is rationality, the love is a feeling the passion is an emotion, or I am already in my moment of besteirou?! Sorry if I’m doing this again, but I love asking, and I’m looking for your explanations … lol
That’s why I did not expect Tasha to have feelings for Dana! What will happen? Will another love triangle be repeated? Let’s wait.
And to exorcise our inner demons, it is not easy, it is a very delicate matter for Louis and Melvin to have to tell the truth that so much time is kept secret, and that apparently can trigger a negative “Emotion” in Tina.
My friend loved this chapter, and I look forward to a new chapter.
And this time take only forty minutes to write … lol
A strong bear hug.

Note: Mate, in Brazil, is called “chimarrão”.
Even today it is strongly rooted in Brazil: Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul.
I already esperiementei and I confess that I did not like it, not because of the taste, but because of being hot, especially the pump take mate, I had a sad accident with burn in my mouth, and since then I do not drink Anything It has to be frozen.
Hi dear friend:
You may be right, about emotions and feelings but I was talking about emotions = feelings + sensations, indeed I was referring to the fact that hormones are mysterious sets of chemicals that could be released sometimes for effect of emotions or feelings or sensations, for example, if you are afraid of something, your body starts releasing hormones, if you are happy, your body releases other types of hormones, sometimes strong emotions force you to release many different hormones and in very different quantities; the role of hormones is to generate responses to face the danger, pleasure or whatever situation you are living. Now, the production of hormones is linked to the activity of enzymes that are certain type of proteins that acts as factories of hormones, and if the last ones are not enough, the ‘stress’ of the situation (emotion, feeling or sensation), forces the productions of more enzymes or through alternative mechanisms, producing same or different proteins to supply the adequate amount of hormones. The production of proteins is codified in DNA, and it is the RNA the one in charge to execute the ‘order’ coming from the DNA. It is known that we have ‘parts’ in our DNA that have not codification (or it is unknown) for genes, what I am assuming here (and that is part of the fantasy) is that those unknown regions in our DNA, have genes that usually don’t express (they don’t form proteins, or don’t have apparent function), they have existed since a long time ago as ‘mutations’ (indeed hidden mutations); I also assume that all our ‘inner demons’ are blocking emotions, feelings, and sensations, then they are blocking the production of certain hormones and then blocking any alternative mechanism of production of enzymes, so the hidden genes are repressed. So, this is why Louise has to ‘release’, to face her demons (to free her tormented soul) to be able to activate those hidden genes and then after exposing herself to the magnetic fields, she could achieve the ‘change’. About to tell Tina and Bette the truth, this is something Louise has been thinking since chapter 1, she wanted the two girls to be friends in order to slowly talk to them about their mothers, but things didn’t happen as she expected, the two girls, instead, fell in love. Louise has to fix things with Tina, and also with Bette.
There is an article online “Confirmed by science: You really can change your DNA – and here’s how”
About Tasha, she has only an infatuation, which is not necessarily to be in love, though it will last for a while, and we’ll see what could happen, but again, my dear friend, we cannot foreseen, prevent or even decide who we will fall in love with and who we won’t, because love is not a rational thing.
I knew mate was popular in the south of Brazil, but you my friend should not drink hot beverages, because your city is indeed hot, and I think mate is for a little bit colder places.
We’ll talk by email, (Eu posso traduzir este comentário em Português, se preferir, e eu mandei-o por e-mail, mas me diga se você quer que eu faça isso)
