After the long shower… she was beginning to feel a little more normal. She followed Tony’s directions to the dining room… taking in the view of the rest of the house on her way. House wasn’t the word, this was a mansion. This place was beautiful but it lacked warmth…. the feeling of home.
Tony was sitting at the massive dining room table reading the newspaper… drinking coffee.
Tony – Feeling better?
Alice – Yeah, much better than when I first woke up.
Tony – You look better too.
Alice felt uneasy about the way Tony would look at her. There was a certain charm about him and the way her would smile at her….. left undeniable stirrings. She knew it would only be about sex, because no one got to her like Dana did.
Tony – Would you like some coffee? How about some breakfast?
Alice – No, Thanks. I don’t feel that much better. I have to get going.
Tony – Leaving already? I wanted to get to know you a little better.
Alice – I’m late for work.
Tony – Ok, but you owe me. How about dinner tonight?
Alice – I can’t… I’m involved with someone.
Tony – I’m just talking dinner, Alice.
Alice – Something tells me you want more than dinner.
Tony – (smiling) Am I that transparent? I want dessert too.
She wasn’t sure what exactly he meant by that comment, but it couldn’t be good.
Alice – Where are my keys? My car is here, isn’t it?
Tony – You are in a hurry… is it because You’re late for work or is it because I make you nervous?
Alice – I’m late.
Tony – Prove to me that I don’t make you nervous…. meet me for coffee this week. I’ll let you pick the day.
Alice – Fine… you win. Only coffee though.
Tony – Great… here’s my number. Your car is out front, the keys are in it. Have a nice day, Alice. I know I will.
Alice – Bye.
Tony – Bye…. don’t forget to call me.
Alice took in the view of the house on her drive out. It was enormous… the grounds as well. The place was gated, wrought iron fencing all around. Security guards had posts at the gate. The gates opened, allowing her exit. She was in awe. Alice wanted to know who Tony was. This was obviously a family home, but what was their name and what did they do to afford the life style. Alice would look for answers to her questions.

Again, Roxy comes to the rescue. Roxy rules! :P I liked the talk between Lara and Dana. Sorry to see that Dana didn’t kick Lara out of the house. ;) And, the moment Alice and Dana shared…loved every second of it. :D
