Tina suppressed a groan as she heard what happened to their teacher. She actually liked that man! He was nice, smart and a totally capable Physics professor who made the subject easier to understand. She sighed. She should have known that the F4 had something to do with this. Of course they did, she thought bitterly, they’re always the ones behind such despicable acts in this school. In her four years in high school, she considered the F4 as the bane of her existence.

Just who or what is F4 and what does it mean? Well.. F4 is a name. A name for a group of four childhood friends. There’s a little mystery on what the F in F4 meant. Some insisted that it stood for the word ‘Flower’ – a euphemism maybe? Still there are some who say that it means ‘Fab’ – yeah, like the Beatles.. only women and gayer. Well, whatever the others might think about it, Tina Kennard firmly believed that ‘F4’ stands for Fucking Four. Yeah, Tina hated their guts.

The F4, as they are collectively called inside the school, is a group consisting of four women. Those four are heiresses to the most powerful and richest families in the world. They held so much clout over the school that they were venerated like demi-gods and worshipped like idols. They had a hold over the school administration too.. since they were the four biggest financial contributors and everything. So they bended the rules a lot – they don’t wear the required school uniform and they come and go as they please.

Shane McCutcheon, the one who was responsible for getting Mr. Shepherd fired, was the only legitimate daughter of a womanizing gambling lord. The McCutcheon family owned a chain of casinos found all over the world – from Las Vegas to Macau. There was a rumor that the McCutcheon family also had ties with the Mafia and other underworld thugs. But so far, no one would dare confirm that.
