After the second ring she puts Angelica back in her crib and grabs the phone “Hello” she says hurriedly

“Good morning Darling, very sorry I missed your calls last night but once again I had a late meeting that needed my attendance.”

“Helena it seems your late night meetings are becoming more frequent” with a curtness in her voice.

“Darling I need to tend to business, after all that is why I’m here, is it not.  Now tell me dear how is Angelica doing?”

“She is much better, thanks for asking” speaking sternly “Helena, I feel like I’m in a part time relationship and in your words it’s not my cup of tea”

Replying abruptly “Tina, I don’t have time to discuss this matter at the moment, I have an entire meeting room of board members waiting for me.  We can continue this discussion when I return home on Friday. But I might add, I’m sorry you feel this way, sounds like you might be feeling a little lonely.”

“Whatever On Friday are you arriving via a limo or are you going to need me to pick you up at the airport?”

“Thanks dear for the consideration but my limo will be waiting. I need to hang up, have a nice day.”

Tina hangs up the phone, shaking her head, looking down at her beautiful daughter giggling in her crib “Lets get you ready to go and we need to pack something pretty for you to wear at dinner with mommy Bette tonight” holding her up.  Now let’s see what am I going to wear humm these Jeans fit me just right and I always get compliments in this pink silk blouse. 

Bette talking to James at his desk, “I’m off to meet Tina and Angie for dinner.” with a smile a mile wide

Grinning back at his boss “You have a nice dinner, Bette I’m happy for you.”

Standing in front of Shoki Sushi, seeing Tina’s car pull into a parking space. Bette waves and walks over to help with Angie “Here let me carry her” she reaches for Angie’s carrier, with a big smile looking at Tina “How are you tonight?”

Smiling at Bette “Fine and looking forward to a nice dinner with you.”
