“Ok, thanks for calling it’s always nice to talk to you T we will work all this out don’t worry ok” with a reassuring voice, “You have a nice Sunday”
“Thanks for listening, you have nice day also, bye”
Bette hangs up the phone, sad that Tina is again upset and happy at the prospect that Tina might be reevaluating her life with Helena.
Chapter 12
Sunday and it’s a beautiful sunny California day, at precisely 11:00 Audrey parked her Jag in front of Bette’s house. Visiting galleries and spending another day together puts a big smile on her face. Thinking how much she enjoys Bette’s friendship with their flirting and bantering makes their time spent together so enjoyable and fun.
Bette opens the door and walks toward Audrey’s car “Hi, is this a beautiful day or what, can we put the top down” she opens the door and smiles at Audrey.
As the top starts to retract Audrey smiles “Great idea, how are you this morning?”
Bette slides into the tan leather bucket seat, grinning at Audrey “I love this car, bet you get lots of looks” flipping up her visor.
As the motor starts and Audrey pulls onto the street “So where to my dear” she winks at Bette.
Laughing “You are so much fun I love your humor. I contacted the BGH Gallery, they are showcasing Artist Patti Meyers, I love her work. Take Santa Monica Blvd to PCH it’s about 5 miles”.
Bette opens the front door of the BGH Gallery looking at Audrey “You look very attractive in your suit” glancing down at her legs “Nice legs Evettes” grinning.
Raising an eyebrow “girlfriend you have had your hands, lips, and tongue all over my legs and you’re just noticing them” shaking her head. “Listen I dressed this way to make a good impression to build a positive relationship for the University’s Art Department”
“Well you look very professional” Bette replies with her mega watt smile
Mark Warner the Director of the gallery greets Bette and Audrey, Bette does the introductions, Mark and Audrey begin discussing what the gallery can do for the university.

Who would have thought that Audrey knew Helena? Very interesting conversation Audrey and Tina had. Tina did seem jealous of Audrey’s interest in Bette. So sweet and beautiful how Bette was caring for her Angie, and how Tina finally saw a Bette she’s not seen before. I noticed how Tina kept calling Bette, Baby…hmmm, sounds like T is reassessing her feelings for Bette. Let’s hope she reevaluates her and Helena’s relationship. Thank you for this loving and touching update, please post soon.
yeah i agree hard time bring people together and make them see the truth…i hope Tina open her eyes and soon cuz Audrey seems to be a very good person too and deserve to be happy…cant wait for more thanks great chappy

Grat update. Sometimes a little drama is needed to bring people together. Spooky about Audrey knowing of Helena. Loved how you got both Audrey and Bette to let Tina know who Bette’s heart belongs too.
