Tina said “You know what Bette, why don’t you just take a bath alone and I will order us some hot food off the room service menu and when you are done we can watch a movie together”.
Tina seemed slightly irritated, but also slightly hurt. Bette felt really bad. She was trying to figure out how to undo what she had done. She was hoping that Tina would be understanding of her insecurities, but she was beginning to see that she also needed to be understanding of Tina’s.
Bette grabbed Tina’s hand as she was about to walk away and said “Don’t go. Please”.
Tina said “Bette, let me help you draw the tub and get in and then I will leave you by yourself for some downtime. Everyone needs some down time”.
Tina smiled weakly for the sake of Bette not feeling bad.
Bette said “Baby, I don’t’ want downtime or alone time. I want you to join me. Tina I just, I am just not used to admitting weakness and insecurity and I just wanted you to know that I am nervous about the first time we get together again after all that has happened and I just wanted you to know that”.
Bette looked up at Tina with her big brown eyes full of worry and fear.
Tina said “Bette you don’t ever need to worry about telling me how you are feeling. I am not mad at you or anything. I understand, I do. I am just really sad about the position that Jodie has put us in as a couple. I don’t want you to feel nervous about us being together. I want it to feel natural and good. We don’t have to talk everything to death and analyze it”.
Bette said “Will you change your mind and join me? Please? It is a big tub? Too big for one small frail girl by herself…”
Tina said “Bette, are you sure that you want to do this? Don’t do it because you feel bad for me”.
Bette said “Tina Kennard, do you think I would take a bath with you out of guilt or pity?”
They both smiled at each other.
Bette said softly “Let’s do it T”.
Tina drew a bath and added bubbles and aromatherapy pearls and then stripped naked. Bette stared at her watching intently. Bette was entranced with Tina’s perfect body standing there naked before her. Tina approached her to help her get undressed and Bette assisted on auto pilot.
Before Tina helped Bette get into the tub, Bette turned to Tina and said “Have I told you lately how beautiful you are? And how much I appreciate you? And how I miss your body?”
Bette winked as only she can.
Tina said “Come on charmer, let’s get you in the tub”.
They both submerged themselves in the tub and settled in. Tina immediately went to the opposite side of the tub as Bette. Bette motioned for Tina to come over to her side. Tina shook her head no and stayed firmly seated where she was. Bette moved herself over to where Tina was sitting and got between her legs facing her. She looked deeply in Tina’s hazel eyes and pushed her hair behind her ear. She carefully held the sides of Tina’s face and kissed her passionately.
The kissing between the two got heavy and hands started groping and Tina broke the kissing by saying “Bette? What are we doing?”
Bette said “We are doing what is natural. Now come back here”.

Bette is able to maneuver that well? I’m glad she’s talking to Tina and not shutting her out. Missed this story. PPS

the way Bette is moving around she is sure on the road to recovery…”doing what natural”..awwh is that what they are callilng it now. I hate that Jodie did something so malicious…she deserves what coming to her.
Tina knows how to handle Bette to a T. I love their relationship. Tina has always been the stronger one, IMHO..
It’s so interesting to see bette so fragile. You’re doing a wonderful job with this story and though I haven’t commented in the last chapters this story us great! PPS can’t wait to see where this bath and time toghether goes
Bath time with Tina, can’t get much sweeter than that! Glad that Bette is talking about her feelings, and not just shutting down. Can’t wait for the next chappie:)
Damn jodi, she is still in the middle of Bette and Tina and she is not even present. I am glad that Bette is opening up to Tina about her fears. Between Bette and Tina, their shared love will see them through this entire mess.
Wow, I love this story. Poor Bette and Tina. I don’t think Bette is quite ready for that, but I understand why she’s trying to rush herself. Everyone is different, and I hope this will do her good rather than make the problem worse. They are so adorable together! Thanks for posting and PPS!
Poor Bette. She’s trying, but if she’s not totally ready, she shouldn’t force it… But maybe this is her way of getting on with her and Tina’s life. Ugh, Jodi needs drawn and quartered right about now. Thanks for the post
I have no idea how one overcomes what happened to Bette. Some need a lot of time whereas others just jump in the water. Anyhow, I hope she didn’t jump too soon. I missed this story as well. Thanks for taking the time to write. PPS!

Man Jodi really messed with Bette’s head. I am glad she is trying to be normal with Tina though. PPS
After seeing Tina naked Bette has changed her mind and I don’t think she should have done that since she really does not yet feel secure and I think Tina should be very careful with her. Great update. I think Bette should tell the police and let them deal with jodi. Or at the least let Tina or Kit kick her behind.
