    At the doctors…

    “Babe? Anything?” Tina says almost in a whisper.

    “I… not yet.” Bette says. She stands up and starts to slowly move around. She bumps into a chair and swears a little. “Damn.” She whispers. Tina walks up to her and takes her hand again and turns her around.

    “Babe, look at me.” Tina says. Bette turns and looks at Tina. Looking

     all over the face. She lifts her hands up to Tina’s face. Covering each cheek. Tears are falling from Bette’s eyes.

    “Babe, what’s going on?” Tina asks, now getting concerned.

    “I… God you’re so beautiful.” Bette says and after a few seconds, her smile is revealed. Tina lights up as well.

    “Oh my God, you can see again. Oh honey, I’m so happy for you, for us. I love you.” Tina says and leans in for a kiss.

    “I love you too.” Bette says.

    Dr. Casper is smiling widely too.

    Bette let’s go of Tina and walks over to him.

    “Thank you, Dr. Casper. It’s still a little unclear, but I can see everything. It’s like it’s out of focus a little.” Bette says.

    “Yeah, that’s normal. The eyes has to get used to everything. But it might not go away also. But a pair of glasses or lenses would take care of that.” He says.

    “Oh okay.” Bette says and smiles.

    Tina leans in for a kiss. Tears are starting to run down Bette’s cheek. She turns and picks up Angelica and hugs her tight. “Oh sweetie, I’ve missed your face.” She says and smiles at Angelica.

    Angelica smiles back and carefully reaches for Bette’s eyes and traces the skin next to it.

    “Does she need any check ups?” Tina asks.

    “No, I don’t think so. The medication for the infection, she has to take for a few more days, but other than that, I don’t see the point in coming back, unless you’re experiencing getting worse.” Dr. Casper says.

    “Okay, good. Thank you Dr. Casper.” Tina says and smiles as she reaches out her hand to shake his.

    “It’s my pleasure. I’m glad you got your sight back Ms. Bette.” Dr. Casper says and turns to Bette.

    “Thank you. I had almost given up hope to ever see again.” Bette says.

    “Never give up hope.” Dr. Casper says.

Like even though they have been through so much, almost like about ten family drama’s combined! ahaha, But I still keep reading, coz it’s a cool story! … Now that Bette can see, ya think for a while, the family can be Ok, no worries, no problems, no hospitals, just happy times Now? lol

OMG Lauren you freaked me out with the second sentence of this chapter “Since Bette didn’t have any chance to see now.” – I immediately went back thinking I missed something, but then contemplated that maybe, just maybe it was a type-o…thank goodness it was. I don’t think I could have been able to take it! I love this story and this was an excellent chapter! More please!

    6. Yeah, Bette can see. To be able to look into one’s family members face is something that most of us take for granted. Thanks for reminding us of how much we really do have and to be thankful for that.

    9. lol – the ‘one’ who dont like it thinks tis is the most inconsistent and no plot story and the only reason that i put up with the torture to read it is to see what more tragedies u are going to inflict on this family – now that B can see – mayb you desire to put Tina ano round of suffering by mayb making her lose one of her ‘limbs’ – you are definitely the Queen of sorrows and torture in fanfic because it does not make sense to put this family in every chapter tragedy after another…when are they ever going to have happy times – i dont think so – coz u dont believe in happy times for this family :(

    10. oh btw i do read ur other story ‘realising’ and actually i truly like them coz that story has a smooth flow and consistency. its this story like ano fanfic author i know – that u and her likes to harp on sorrows on every other chapter after a happy episode. its like u guys just dont want these ppl to b happy :( –

Everyday life in real life is a bitch I will admit Tina and Bette has had theres in Fiction Land but they have a house full of kids anf themself so a lot can go on fron bad to good and good to bad, Ask someone with five kids and the tales they can tell is so funny and horrible. Love this thanks for giving us your time energy and all the effort that goes into writing a story. thanks
