“Oh okay.” He says and lay his head down on her shoulder again.
Bette and Danny walks out to the patio and takes a seat.
“Mommy, look what I got from aunt Kit.” He says and smiles.
“You’re lucky. Did you say thank you?” Tina asks.
“Yes I did.” He says and digs into the dessert.
“Noah, could you sit in your own chair for a little while, while I drink my coffee?” Tina asks.
“Okay.” He says and get off of Tina and into the chair next to her. Bette give him the milkshake. “Thank you.” He says and start to drink.
Bette’s phone rings.
“Hello?” Bette says.
“Hi mom, it’s me.” Julia says.
“Oh hi honey, how are you?” Bette says and smiles.
“I’m fine, more than fine actually. Are you at work?” Julia asks.
“No, me and Tina and the boys are at the Planet. Something came up at the boys’ school, so we took them out for the day. So what’s up?” Bette asks.
“Well, actually me and Jessie has something to tell you guys, could we come over?” Julia asks.
“Of course, come on down, we’re out on the patio in the back.” Bette says and smiles.
“Great, thanks, see you soon.” Julia says and hangs up.
“That was Julia, she and Jessie has something to tell us. They’re coming over.” Bette says.
“Oh, what can that be?” Tina asks.
“I don’t know. But she was more than fine. So hopefully it’s good news.” Bette replies and smiles.
“Yeah let’s hope so.” Tina says and reach for Bette’s hand behind Noah’s back.
10 minutes later Jessie and Julia arrives and takes a seat on the opposite site of the table.
“Hey.” They says.
“Hey.” Bette and Tina replies.
“Hello boys.” Julia says.
“Hey Jess.” Noah says and looks up from his milkshake.
“Hi.” Danny says smiles.
“So guys, what’s the good news?” Bette asks.
“Well, we went to the doctor this morning. It seems that I still make eggs. So we took some out and we’re gonna do a artificial insemination in Julia. That way the baby will be connected to the both of us.” Jessie says and smiles and squeezes Julia’s hand softly.
“Oh my God, that’s wonderful Jessie.” Tina says and smiles.

Tina and Bette handle that so beautiful. the other parents that is real life. its their way or the wrong. So glad that Bette didnt get mad after tell the boy he was living in sin. Cold cocking him wouldnt have solved anything. So glad that Jessie and Julie has decided to have a baby. that is great love this post when you can thanks
I thought that this was kind of curious. I thought that B&T would explain the difference between someone that you liked and someone that you love. Their children must know that they love them as well as they love each other, therefore you would peobably kiss some one on the lips that you love while you might kiss someone on the cheek that you liked. I thought that Bette would have said that Noah kisses and huggs his brother and asked the other parents do they have a problem with that. I am surprised that this discussion didn’t get more heated when Bette told the other parents what they should be teaching their child. Most parents don’t take it lightly when you tell what they should be teaching their children or how they should be raising them. Still loving this story, happy 200 :o)
Damn they handled that better than I would have. I’d have knocked John into tomorrow for saying that to my kid. I thought the way B&T explained kissing was a little odd as well. I mean, I’d probably say the same thing but then add that you should ninja a kiss on someone or you might get slapped. lol It’s just better to ask first. That isn’t really a situation where it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Happy 200, and hurry back! =D

I love how you had Bette and Tina handle the situation with Noah. A number of kids at 5 years old kiss and hug a child of the same sex. A teacher once told her class that kissing was for family and hugging was for friends when this matter came about. The other parents blew the whole situation out of the water when they were saying what they did to Noah. I hope that you get time to post on someone’s computer but if not I will be waiting for your return.
