    A crush, a meeting then love?? – Chapter 200

“Noah, you can take you stuff and follow Mrs. Hansen outside.” The teacher says.

Noah grabs his bag and jacket and almost run outside. Angela closes the door.

“Mommy and mama?” He asks, looking up at Angela.

“They’re waiting outside. We’re just going to pick up Danny too, then we’ll go outside, okay?” She says.

“Okay.” He says and follow her down the hallway, till they get to Danny’s “wood” class. She knocks and enters. Noah waits outside. He sees her walking up to the teacher and whisper in his ear and then the teacher does exactly the same as his teacher did.

“Danny, grab you things and follow Mrs. Hansen outside.” The teacher says.

“Okay. Am I in trouble?” He asks, getting a little scared.

“No, no. Your parents are here to pick you up. You’re not in trouble.” The teacher says and smiles at him.

“Okay. Bye.” He says and exit the classroom. He stops right outside. “Noah?” He says a little surprised.

“Hey.” Noah says and looks down, playing with his feet.

Danny sees that his brother has been crying, but doesn’t mention it. They both walk in front of Angela all the way out. Once outside they see Bette and Tina and Noah let go of his bag and jacket and runs to them, almost starting to cry again.

“Hey sweetie. It’s okay. You didn’t do anything wrong.” Tina says as she takes Noah into her arms.

Danny had stopped to take Noah’s things with him, so he came a few feet behind.

“Thank you Danny, that was nice of you.” Bette says and give him a hug.

“Why are we leaving this early? I was having fun in there.” Danny says and pouting a little.

“We’ll explain later. Come on, let’s go and have some lunch.” Bette says and stands up. She turns to Angela.

“Thank you for understanding.” Bette says and reach out her hand.

“Oh you’re welcome. I know he didn’t’ do anything wrong, they’re the one’s with the problem. My sister is gay and has been for 40 years. I know how people can be.” Angela says.

Bette and Tina smiles. They say their goodbye and leaves. Tina lowers Noah down, he’s getting to heavy to carry around. But still holding on to his hand.

    1. Tina and Bette handle that so beautiful. the other parents that is real life. its their way or the wrong. So glad that Bette didnt get mad after tell the boy he was living in sin. Cold cocking him wouldnt have solved anything. So glad that Jessie and Julie has decided to have a baby. that is great love this post when you can thanks

    2. I thought that this was kind of curious. I thought that B&T would explain the difference between someone that you liked and someone that you love. Their children must know that they love them as well as they love each other, therefore you would peobably kiss some one on the lips that you love while you might kiss someone on the cheek that you liked. I thought that Bette would have said that Noah kisses and huggs his brother and asked the other parents do they have a problem with that. I am surprised that this discussion didn’t get more heated when Bette told the other parents what they should be teaching their child. Most parents don’t take it lightly when you tell what they should be teaching their children or how they should be raising them. Still loving this story, happy 200 :o)

    3. Damn they handled that better than I would have. I’d have knocked John into tomorrow for saying that to my kid. I thought the way B&T explained kissing was a little odd as well. I mean, I’d probably say the same thing but then add that you should ninja a kiss on someone or you might get slapped. lol It’s just better to ask first. That isn’t really a situation where it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Happy 200, and hurry back! =D

    4. Love the story and we are having some interesting situations come up and the girls are handling it without getting upset or freaking out. Great chapter.

    5. Excellent chapter! but i want kick the Redkin’s ass, well the father’s ass! is so pathetic and bad person with a lot of prejudice! i hope Noah won’t has a difficult time in school! take care

    6. I love how you had Bette and Tina handle the situation with Noah. A number of kids at 5 years old kiss and hug a child of the same sex. A teacher once told her class that kissing was for family and hugging was for friends when this matter came about. The other parents blew the whole situation out of the water when they were saying what they did to Noah. I hope that you get time to post on someone’s computer but if not I will be waiting for your return.

    7. Just been doing some catching up (as always :o)) – very nice updates and you know I love the story and yes I belive Bette and Tina handlede the situation quiet well. Post soon

    8. Another great one Lauren…congrats on your 200th posts, that’s really something!!!! And we still want more, so hurry up with the moving and good luck with that :o)) I got a bad feeling in the end, that something is going to happen to either B or T on their way home, please tell me I’m wrong….take care and post as soon as possible.

    9. HEy Lauren, I don’t often comment but I am here following this lovely story. I adore the interactions between all of the family and how the complexities of live are dealt with openly and honestly. Bette and Tina are a class act and their committment is a lesson to us all. Thank you so much for this wonderful writing and major league congratulations on your double century of chapters. Can’t wait for the next two. Your Loyal Fan.
