A crush, a meeting then love?? – Chapter 200
“Can I take your order?” He asks.
“Yes, we’re having two chicken salads, a hamburger plate, and Spaghetti. What about you Jess?” Tina asks.
“I’ll have the pasta pesto with chicken.” She says.
“Anything else? Drinks?” The waiter asks.
“Four glasses of Pepsi Max, You and Julia?” Tina asks looking at Jessie.
“We’ll take Pepsi Max too.” Jessie replies.
“Okay.” The waiter says.
They pay and turns to leave.
“Oh, I’ll go and get Noah, will you tell Bette?” Tina says.
“Sure.” Jessie says and walks out while Tina head for Kit’s office. She knock and the enter.
“Hey there.” Tina says as she sees Kit with Noah on her lap, drawing something on the desk.
“Hey momma, aunt kit letting me draw.” Noah says and smiles up at Tina.
“That’s good. Are you ready to join us, the food is ready soon.” Tina says and walks over to the desk.
“Aunt Kit, can I bring this outside?” Noah asks.
“Sure you can.” Kit says and smiles.
“Thank you.” Noah says and give her a big hug.
“Oh, you’re welcome honey.” Kit says, hugging him back.
“Kit, you wanna join us?” Tina asks.
“No, I don’t have time really. I have a load of paperwork to do.” Kit says.
“Oh you should’ve said something, I wouldn’t have let him come and disturb you.” Tina says .
“Oh it’s okay. It was a good distraction.” Kit says and smiles.
“Okay, good.” Tina replies. “Well we should join the others Noah.” Tina says and takes his hand.
“Okay, bye aunt Kit.” Noah says and they leave.
Outside they arrive moments before the food arrives.
“Put that aside while we eat.” Tina says and points to the paper and pen Noah has in his hand. He lay it down on the floor. “Good.” Tina says and smiles.
They eat and a great time. Talking and laughing.
After a couple of hours The Porter Kennard family needed to leave and pick up Andrea at day care.
“Why don’t I and the boys walk home and you pick up and Andrea?” Bette suggests.
“Sure, I could drive you home.” Tina says.
“Nah, it’s fine. We’ll walk.” Bette says and gets up. “Come on boys, let’s go home.” Bette says.
“Mama, can we go by that park? It has a swing.” Danny says.
“Sure, for a few minutes only.” Bette says. “See baby, we’re good.” Bette says.
“Okay.” Tina says and leans in for a kiss. “Love you, see you in a bit.” She adds.
“Love you too, drive carefully.” Bette says and leans in for another kiss.
“I will. See you later guys.” Tina says and give both Julia and Jessie a hug goodbye.
So does Bette and the boys.
Tina leaves to get Andrea and Bette and the boys went home. Only to stop for a few minutes in the park so the boys could play on the swing set.

Tina and Bette handle that so beautiful. the other parents that is real life. its their way or the wrong. So glad that Bette didnt get mad after tell the boy he was living in sin. Cold cocking him wouldnt have solved anything. So glad that Jessie and Julie has decided to have a baby. that is great love this post when you can thanks
I thought that this was kind of curious. I thought that B&T would explain the difference between someone that you liked and someone that you love. Their children must know that they love them as well as they love each other, therefore you would peobably kiss some one on the lips that you love while you might kiss someone on the cheek that you liked. I thought that Bette would have said that Noah kisses and huggs his brother and asked the other parents do they have a problem with that. I am surprised that this discussion didn’t get more heated when Bette told the other parents what they should be teaching their child. Most parents don’t take it lightly when you tell what they should be teaching their children or how they should be raising them. Still loving this story, happy 200 :o)
Damn they handled that better than I would have. I’d have knocked John into tomorrow for saying that to my kid. I thought the way B&T explained kissing was a little odd as well. I mean, I’d probably say the same thing but then add that you should ninja a kiss on someone or you might get slapped. lol It’s just better to ask first. That isn’t really a situation where it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Happy 200, and hurry back! =D
Congradulations on your 200th chapter. Your story is awesome!! Thanks for sharing yourself with us.
Love the story and we are having some interesting situations come up and the girls are handling it without getting upset or freaking out. Great chapter.
Excellent chapter! but i want kick the Redkin’s ass, well the father’s ass! is so pathetic and bad person with a lot of prejudice! i hope Noah won’t has a difficult time in school! take care
I love how you had Bette and Tina handle the situation with Noah. A number of kids at 5 years old kiss and hug a child of the same sex. A teacher once told her class that kissing was for family and hugging was for friends when this matter came about. The other parents blew the whole situation out of the water when they were saying what they did to Noah. I hope that you get time to post on someone’s computer but if not I will be waiting for your return.
