“No, you don’t have to leave.” Tina says.
“It’s still just afternoon. I’ll give you space to relax together. I’ll come back later tonight.” Sarah says.
“Thank you.” Tina says and gives her a hug. “When you come back, take Danny with you. He’s had a big day today. I want to tuck him in.” Tina says.
“Tina…” Bette starts.
“No Bette. He should be here.” Tina says before the tears starts to roll down her cheek.
“Tina, he haven’t been with his brother for over two months. They always slept in the same room, talked to each other when they woke up. They’ve missed each other. Let them have this one night together.” Bette says and walks up to her and slides her arms around Tina’s waist and pulls her close. Tina lets out a sigh and then lean her head down on Bette’s shoulder. Bette nods her head at Sarah, who takes the hint and leaves. “Come on baby, let’s go and lay down.” Bette says and guides Tina into the bedroom. They help each other get undressed and then they slid under the covers. Bette put her arms around Tina and pull her close.
“I love you.” Bette whispers in Tina’s ear.
“I love you too.” Tina replies and kisses Bette’s hand.
They soon falls asleep and sleeps all night long, for a good 9 hours.
One month later:
Noah is finally home from the hospital. The transplant with Danny’s bone marrow worked. He’s in remission. He’s hair is slowly growing back and he’s getting his strength back day by day. Sarah went home two weeks ago after Chris and Lauren came to visit for a weekend and to see how Noah was doing. Sarah went back with them.
Bette is close to due date now, only a couple of weeks left. Tina know that the baby will come one of the following days. So she’s packed the bag and has placed it by the door.
She’s also gotten a new job. After the thing with Noah, she felt like doing something different with her life. So she applied to a job at the local social services centre. She wanted to work with kids, the ones who needs a little guidance.

Alright Noah is doing better, and the other kids seems to be doing well. Now, it will be time soon for the arrival of the baby girl. I hope that everything will go well. Thank you for this story.
