TMP Syndrome – (Chapter: Welcome to the party!)

“So you spoke to her then?”  She kept her head down, refusing to look at him.

“Yeah, she even wasn’t sure what she had done at first. The kiss was totally innocent. You know that.” He lifted her chin up. “you’re her girl!”

“Yeah,” Spencer mocked, “her girl she can’t even talk to. I can’t believe she sent you to apologise for her! She’s so-”

“Whoa no! She’s looking for you inside, I took the outside.”

“Oh…” Spencer stood up and took a deep breath. “Well let’s go find her and do this thing!”

    “You sure you’re ok?”

“Well if you say she used to kiss her friends on the lips before she was going out with me, then I’m not one to break a tradition.”

“Yeah, that’s one thing you have to learn about Ashley. She’s so compassionate, she just loves people. In her eyes, there’s nothing wrong in kissing someone you like on the lips.”

Spencer nodded, taking in what Aiden was saying. As they were about to go inside they both looked in the direction of a sound that was Ashley’s distinctive laugh. She was walking out of the front door with two girls, unlit cigarette in hand. They stopped just before the start of the driveway, totally oblivious to being watched.

Aiden automatically started to jump to Ashley’s defence. “She…um….doesn’t usually…”

“It’s cool Aiden, I know she smokes, you don’t need to defend her.”

Spencer marched off, Aiden trying to keep up. As she approached, Ashley spotted her. In one swift movement Spencer grabbed the cigarette from her mouth and snapped it in half whilst not stopping walking. Aiden gave a sympathetic smile whilst also continuing past after Spencer. Ashley left the two girls she was with in fits of laughter as she took off in a sprint after her girlfriend.

Spencer took her first step into the dancing room and was absolutely amazed. A wave of body heat hit her like something physical. Ahead of her was about one hundred dancing bodies, moving in perfect timing with the music. In the large, dark room were podiums randomly placed with poles that reached the ceiling. The DJ was on top of a massive dining room table, controlling the strobe lights that blazed across the dance floor and the music that was so loud her whole body vibrated.

She quickly scanned the area for somewhere to sit. Booths that had round sofas in them lined the back wall. She spotted and empty one and thought it was strange until she got closer. Across the small entrance was a rope stopping people entering and a sign hung over the middle. ‘What’s that?…..’Reserved For Ashley Davies?! Ha! This girl never ceases to amaze me…’

A hand reached round and discarded the rope.

Spencer’s face immediately lit up. Ashley motioned for Spencer to sit as talking over the music wasn’t an option. Spencer sat and made room for Ashley to sit down as well. The brunette handed Spencer a shot. “Drink this…”

Spencer did what she was told, making a pained expression and rubbing her chest as the liquid burned her throat.

Ashley pointed to her lips, “…kiss these…”

Again, one to do what she is told, Spencer leant forward and swept her tongue into Ashley’s open mouth. Ashley sucked on her tongue, sending shivers down the blonde’s body. Ashley pulled back and moved to Spencer’s ear whispering, “…and tell me you’re still mad.”

    1. Hehe…ah this will definately be an entertaining story. Great details, as well as development of the characters…i guess that’s what i’m trying to say. I really love the interaction between everyone and can’t wait to read more. So…you must post more soon….please?!?!

    2. To all of you who commented, thank you so much. I’m sorry to say there will be no further installments of TMP Syndrome. This is the best I can do and it only got four stars. I don’t know about you but I mostly only read 5 star stories so I feel that this story is worthless. I guess I could say the way some people rated this story has crushed my confidence. It’s not their fault, I just have very little confidence to begin with! I think I know why it got 4 stars; because most authors/readers are adults and if you write a story based on the characters ACTUAL age group (i.e. teenagers having fun, not so serious stuff) people don’t want to hear about it. I just cannot, myself, write 16/17 year olds swearing their undying love for one another, it just doesnt happen! I could be wrong but thats what I put the rating down to. Thanks again to all of you who commented.
