    thr truth comes out…

     

    Ashley drove around in a daze.  Not sure of where she was going or where she had already been.  She just drove.  She didn’t even realize she had stopped until her dome light turned off.  She looked down to see that she had taken the keys out of the ignition which had turned it on.  She looked out of her window and noticed that she was on a small turn off road in Griffith Park.  She got out of her car and stood next to it.  Looking around there wasn’t much to see, except trees and plants.  She was far enough away from the main road that she couldn’t hear any cars if they were passing.  It was late.  It was dark.  And it was cold, but Ashley didn’t even really register any of this.  Her thoughts had taking over her. 

     

    Her parents?  I had to sit back and watch my wife, the women that I love, conceive a child because of her parents?  Ashley leaned her head all the way back and stared into the sky.  She could actually see stars.  Each one was different.  Some brighter, some bigger, some where already gone.  But each were different.  She’s always loved the sky, the stars, the moon, its always different.  The same with the ocean.  Not one wave is ever the same.  She lied to me.  She told me it was her choice, her beliefs, what she wanted.  Why couldn’t she tell me the truth?  That the only reason she wanted to conceive that way was because her parents don’t believe in Artificial Insemination.  Ashley let out a loud, long, and desperate scream up into the sky.  Trying to release all of her frustration before she exploded.  She screamed until there was absolutely no air left in her lungs and her voice stopped coming out.  She dropped her head and kicked at the pebbles in the dirt, kicking her tires, kicking and screaming until she collapsed on the ground crying.  For some reason she felt horribly betrayed, that this child wasn’t hers anymore.  She felt like Spencer had chosen Scott for a reason, to make her mother happy.  And by doing that she chose her parents acceptance and beliefs over their family and happiness.  There was no doubt whether she loved this child or not, but it felt tainted now.  And she wanted desperately for that feeling to go away.

    1. Spencer broke Ashley’s heart for her parents! When you’re married you are for that person not your parents. She put Ash through the pain of watching Spencer have sex and then of figuring out she lied to her. Who does that! And now Ash is feeling wrong about the baby which is completely understandable! Ashley has been there for Spencer 100% and Spencer needs to recognize that and be there for Ashely. PMS!

    3. OMG! Spencer. Just think of how much better things would be if you had just told her the real reason. If I was Ashley, I would be having a hard time with this too. I don’t know if I could have done it the “natural” way with my girlfriend in the first place. That took a lot of love on Ashley’s part for Spencer. And then to find this out! Ugh! Through her parents! Ugh! Spencer you’ve got to fix this somehow… Great update..
