“Hello??” Spencer called out as she walked passed Ashley who held the door open for her.
“Kitchen!” Arthur called out. Paula came down the stairs smiling at the new arrivals. Before she even reached the last step a 5 year old boy came bounding around the corner from the living room jumping up into Ashley’s arms.
“Hey Chris. What’s up buddy?” Ashley kissed the boy on the cheek before turning him towards Spencer who did the same.
“Aunt Athley! Aunt Thpenther!! Gueth what?” The boy smiled wide flaunting his missing front teeth to the girls.
“Wow Chris. Look at you! You’re getting to be so big! Did you leave them under your pillow for the Toothfairy?” Ashley asked as she walked into the living room still holding the boy while Spencer walked into the kitchen to kiss her dad hello. Paula followed Ashley into the living room and sat down on the couch.
“Yes he sure did. What did she bring you Chris?”
“Sthe gave me two whole dollarth! Look!!” He reached into the pocket of his jeans and pulled out the crumpled ones to show Ashley.
“Wow… and to think all I got for mine was a screaming maid!” Paula laughed as she watched the boy get set down and run up the stairs.
“So Ashley, how have you been?”
“Good Mrs. C, you?”
“Good.”
“Stop being modest Paula tell them the good news!!” Arthur entered the room kissing Ashley on the cheek and then sat next to his wife. Spencer followed him and gave her mother a kiss.
“Mom, what’s he talking about?”
“Nothing, I’m just getting promoted. Its not a big deal, really.” She smiled big as she shyly lowered her gaze to her lap.
“Nonsense!! Be proud… I am. Guess who’s now the Chief Resident Sergion?”
“No way that’s awesome Mrs. C!!” Ashley smiled widely, genuinely happy for the taller blonde.
“Thank you.” Silence came over the room as Paula took in Spencer’s appearance. There was something different but she couldn’t quite figure out what it was.
“Well, come on lets eat!! Glen! Clay! Chels! Chris! Dinner!! This family is starting to get huge!” Ashley just glanced over at Spencer trying to hide a smile, Spencer’s eyes darted to her but didn’t stay long knowing she would start laughing too.

Spencer broke Ashley’s heart for her parents! When you’re married you are for that person not your parents. She put Ash through the pain of watching Spencer have sex and then of figuring out she lied to her. Who does that! And now Ash is feeling wrong about the baby which is completely understandable! Ashley has been there for Spencer 100% and Spencer needs to recognize that and be there for Ashely. PMS!

OMG! Spencer. Just think of how much better things would be if you had just told her the real reason. If I was Ashley, I would be having a hard time with this too. I don’t know if I could have done it the “natural” way with my girlfriend in the first place. That took a lot of love on Ashley’s part for Spencer. And then to find this out! Ugh! Through her parents! Ugh! Spencer you’ve got to fix this somehow… Great update..

Spencer should’ve told the truth about her parents and now there is this rift of deceit that has divided this loving family. I hope Spencer and Ashley can work this out before the baby is born. Great story – Please don’t make us wait too long before the next update.
