Doctor: “Are you ready to see your baby:” She asked the girl smiling.  Dr. Montgomery knew that the girls were a couple and knew about Spencer situation, so any interaction between the two girls came to no surprise to her.

Dr M: “Ok Spencer just lay back and let get a take a look” She placed the pointer on Spencer belly which caused her to jump a little.  “Sorry Spencer I should have warned you that it was cold.”  All three shared a smile as load rhythmic sound was heard.

Ashley: “Wow what’s that sound?”  Asked Ashley

Dr. M: “That the baby’s heart beat.”

Ashley: “Wow it so fast, is that normal?”

Dr. M: “Yes Ashley it is, pretty amazing huh.” She continued to move the wand around Spencer belly and both girls watch their unborn child in awe, until noticed something.

Ashley: “Hey is that his you know.” Ashley asked which caused both Spencer and the doctor to laugh. “What I’m just asking.”

Dr. M: “No, that’s an arm, it a little too early to tell the baby’s sex.”  Ashley took her eye off the monitor and gave Spencer a kiss.

Ashley: “I love you.”

Spencer: “I love you too.”

Dr. M: “Ok let’s take you baby’s first picture.” 

After the two girls left they went to Spencer house where they had dinner along with Ashley’s parents.  During dinner the photo was passed around with family member giving both girls congratulations, and the girls couldn’t be happier.

Later that night as both girls were lying in bed Spencer had her head on Ashley’s chest and was fast asleep.  Ashley laid their wide awake watching Spencer she sleep, she smile as she watch Spencer sleeping.   She let out a sigh and turned her head to the desk besides Spencer’s bed and smiled again as she saw their baby’s first picture beside the one of her and Spencer.  She turned her head back and looks again at Spencer and wonder what the blonde was dreaming about.  Was she dreaming about their future? Or was she still thinking that one day Ashley would get enough and leave.  She couldn’t believe that Spencer still thought that way that she did.  How could she think that Ashley would leave her and their unborn chills? Ashley had waited almost her whole life to be with Spencer and there was no way that she would leave Spencer or their unborn child.
