Chapter 36: Laughing and loving (Tina is working, Alice is snooping around and B&T are talking…and more)

(Previously) “Kiss me, Tee,” she said with intense feeling and began hungrily kissing Tina herself.

“Bette, what is going on with you?” Tina asked when she was able to breathe again.

“Shhh, baby, no talking…just kiss me and make love to me. I need you so much right now.”

‘I’ll tell her later, when she’s not so vulnerable,’ Tina thought, immediately responding to the passion that Bette was showing her.

“Tee, you fill my soul with joy that I can’t explain,” Bette whispered in between kisses, backing Tina towards their bed. “Every time we make love I feel like I’m alive for the first time in my life. I can’t think of anything else but the pleasure of having your hands all over my body, feeling your hot breath on my skin, waiting for your soft lips and wet tongue to touch me gently…do you know why you make me feel this way?”

“Yes…” Tina replied breathlessly, enjoying Bette’s caresses and submitting herself completely to the erotic bliss that was awaiting them, “I know because I feel the same. Love is the answer, baby…love is the answer…”

Year: December, 2005

The next couple of weeks Tina was really busy with the pre-production phase. She had several meetings with her production team, went on a few location scouting trips and together with Bette continued to polish the script.

Tina still had a lot to do with the casting department in negotiating the contracts for the actors who were chosen from the auditions to perform the re-enactment for the documentary. From the beginning Tina proposed to cast relatively unknown young actors to make the documentary a little detached from the Hollywood scene and at the same time to promote young filmmakers.

Alice was around most of the time, making notes for her article and snooping around the premises, trying to find anything unusual in people’s behavior. She suspected anyone to be an undercover federal agent and she was determined to find all possible information about the ATF investigation that was taking place.
