Roxy makes her way into the kitchen and starts looking through the drawers and cupboards, until she finds all the items she needs. Heading back to the bathroom, she smiles at the circumstances again. Putting on her best face, Roxy walks into the bathroom.
Roxy – Why don’t you sit on the edge of the tub and I’ll see what I can do about fixing up that arm.
Alice – Do you have enough stuff there?
Roxy – I wasn’t sure what would work, so I grabbed a few different things.
Roxy decided to put a rubber glove on Alice’s hand and then use a smaller garbage bag to cover the cast. To hold it all together, she used lots of tape.
Roxy – Well, it’s not pretty, but it’ll work.
Alice – Thanks, Roxy.
Roxy – Your welcome. Anything else?
Alice – No, I can handle it from here.
Roxy – Ok, I’ll go order that pizza. Call me if you need anything.
Alice turned on the shower, letting the water warm up before getting in. The water felt heavenly….. running over her body. The cast was rather cumbersome. She was having a hard time shampooing her hair, but she managed with one hand. Alice hated to depend on anyone for help. It felt especially awkward having Roxy help her undress, given the moment they had. If anyone was going to help her dress or undress, she wanted it to be Dana….. especially the undressing part. For now she didn’t have that luxury, Roxy would have to help her.
After Alice toweled off, she put a shirt on that would be easily put on with no assistance, a shirt with buttons. Then she slipped on a pair of shorts. Alice got a pair of scissors to cut off all the plastic and tape from her cast. She saved the rubber glove for the next time.
Alice grabbed her hairbrush and brushed her hair as she walked out of the bathroom. She saw Roxy sitting on the couch, writing in her notebook again. Roxy wasn’t aware of Alice’s presence.
Alice – So what do you write in that notebook of your’s.
Roxy – Mainly reminders of things I need to do or notes on evidence I’ve collected.

Great update, as usual. Please keep the Danish alive…after tonight, some of us will need fan fic more than ever. I love your story.
Roxy’s starting to scare me. lol I agree with discorange. Thank you for keeping danish alive. As long as you are willing to grace us with danish stories, I will read and comment. At least the best, most tender and fun couple on the show can continue in fanfiction.
Almost a second round for Alice and Roxy between the sheets huh….well saved by the bell. :D I hope Dana gets home soon, so she can be the one who’s holding Alice in her arms for the night. And who was that outside the house? I’m guessing that person will also be at the funeral? :)

hey girly, great update. roxy is falling for alice….why must she complicate the already difficult situation? can’t wait for dana to get out of the hospital. i can totally imagine all the tension and jealousy b/n roxy and dana, lol. i bet the person outside al’s window was lara’s bro. right? when u write the sequel, i’ll jump in for the ride. i’m not going anywhere. i got hooked to this story and ur writing style from chapter 1. u’re looking for inspiration…hmmm, maybe at the funeral tony will defend alice when the gambino family blames her for gina’s death? or whatever.
i think that the show has made me not enjoy fanfiction anymore….i wasnt into any stories today but it was well written..(sighs) i just dont know.
Great update! I need my Danish though…especially after tonight’s episode. :( Bring Dana home so she can be the one holding Alice. The funeral should be interesting. Update soon!
ooooh the drama. well done, i’m loving it. Haha i haven’t even watched the latest episode of the l word and already i feel like we’ve all lost one of the best couples that will ever grace our screens. Alas. But anyway thank you for your fic, it’s the little light at the end of the seemingly dark tunnel.

Great chapter, but Roxy is crossing the line here. Hope Dana gets out of the hospital soon to be with Alice and watch over her. Thanks a lot for keeping Danish alive, I will read as long as you write. Looking forward to the next update.
Roxy is being totally unprofessional with her action ! If Dana is someone she really cares for as a friend wouldn’t Alice be off limits ? Just saying.. P.S. loving the story, just a little frustrated with the Roxy/Alice storyline… Please bring Dana Home soon lol…
