"Good morning girls." Bette started with the intros. Tina shook everyone’s hand and looked at everyone’s faces carefully trying to see if anyone looked familiar.
Bette and Tina sat down as Angie ran over to Kit behind the counter.
"Bette is Angie OK? Who is that?" Tina asked in a concerned voice.
"Yes T she is fine. That is my sister, Kit."
"Oh ok I’m sorry." Tina felt embarrassed.
"So Tina how are you feeling?" Alice begun the questioning.
"Um I feel pretty good. Bette has been really great." She looked over at Bette and smiled.
If the girls didn’t know any better they would have thought these two were back to normal.
"So T any of these lovely ladies look familiar." Bette was trying to lighten the mood a little.
"Um no not really." Tina looked down feeling sort of defeated.
Bette reached over and squeezed Tina shoulder.
"Want some coffee T?"
"Sure thanks."
Bette left the table and join Kit at the counter.
"So Tina, Bette been filling you in on your life and us?"
"Well actually we haven’t had much time. I mean I just learned about Angie yesterday so I spent most of my day trying to reconnect with her. We actually haven’t talked about any of you yet. Do you wanna tell me a little about yourselves?"
Alice felt so strange having Tina talk so formally to her.
"Uh sure- I’m Alice. We have been friends since you Bette first got together. Bette and I dated for about 6 weeks.."
"You dated Bette??" Tina interrupted. She was stunned and all of the sudden she was jealous.
"Ah yea but only for a short time. Then you came along and swept Ms. Porter off her feet."
"Oh, sorry I guess."
"Tina it’s ok it was like a million years ago. So we have been best friends ever since. This is Tasha and she is my g/f . We have been together for about 6 months."
"Oh that is great." Tina was very interested in all their stories hoping something would spark a memory.
Bette came back over to the table and put their coffees down.
"Alice isn’t been too demanding is she T?"
"No no it’s interesting to hear everyone’s story."

well i have the answer to my own internal question that I never wanted to put out there in the comment…”would tina remember the bad things first or helena, before her good life with Bette/Angie”
You know I never thought about it that way….that Tina might remember the bad things that happened between her and Bette before she remembers the good things. I love this story. PPS
With the quick vision of the table-tossing, it might be that Tina may get the bad stuff first. But, as long as her memory comes back, she has Bette and the girls to get her through. Hi, LuvTibette, beat you again.
I guess it’s better Tina remember the bad things first after all. It’s heart breaking but I prefer it n tis order lol the good last and or ever. Thank you for the post love it. PPVS

I, too, was hoping that Tina wouldn’t remember the bad things first but those were the most traumatic and would probably be what she remembered most. Damn it. Hopefully she will surely connect with Bette and the good feelings that she has when she is near Bette as well as with Angie. I thought that she might remember the love she felt for Angie and of course, the love Angie has for her which is monumental. Oh well, baby steps are needed before any big happening. Thanks for posting.

This is so good, a very interesting premise and so emotional. Shane’s answer was very touching. Between Tina, Bette, and Angie this brings up so many feelings and thoughts regarding love and memory – how they relate to or maybe even transcend one another. Thank you for taking us on this journey.
Oh, that is so sad. Poor Bette! I hope Tina gets her memory back soon….and not the bad stuff first.:)

OH my Tina is going to relive the bad parts first…oh this drama is continuing for a while….for sure….but it will at least get her back poor Bette no matter what she does it just always follows her !
Oh no, my heart is breaking. The girls did well at breakfast and at least Tina had a spurt of a memory although not one that we want to remember. Now Bette is so heartbroken feeling that she will lose the love of her life again.
This story is what I call deluxe tear-jerker drama supreme! Get out the kleenex, it’s gonna be a wet one! Either Tina will remember or Bette will die of heartache. Thanks!
