Callie got up walking round to Carmen
“Look Jess is a fighter you know this, we’ve seen this, this is a fifty fifty chance” Callie began
“I can’t lose her Callie, it’s not an option” Carmen pleaded
“I promise you we will do absolutely everything we can to make sure that doesn’t happen”
The drive back to the house was quiet, Andrew didn’t know what to say and Carmen was repeating what Callie and Arizona had said to her. They reached the house and Carmen got out the car going into the house Andrew quickly following her.
Bette and Tina looked up from the kitchen table.
“In the lounge, what’s going on” Bette said realising the look in Carmen’s eyes, Tina stood up as did Bette following Carmen into the lounge.
“We need to talk” Carmen said sitting next to Jess on the sofa
“You bet we do” Andrew agreed sitting opposite them and glaring at Jess
“You’ve been to the hospital” Jess said
“Are you absolutely insane?” Andrew snapped “When were you planning on announcing this?”
“I don’t want to talk about it”
“Talk about what…what the hell is going on now?” Bette asked
“Shall you tell them or will I?” Carmen glared at her wife
“You don’t get to be angry at me”
“Like hell I don’t…I get your pissed at me and to be honest I deserve that, but now I’m equally as pissed at you” Carmen snapped
“Again what the hell is going on?” Bette snapped
Jess got up of the sofa in an attempt to leave the lounge, Carmen grabbed her arm
“Carmen let me go” Jess said calmly
Carmen did as Jess asked
“Jess this is fucking serious!”
Bette and Tina knew by this point something was wrong, Carmen never lost her temper like this especially infront of them.
“WHAT THE HELL DO YOU CARE!!!!” Jess rose her voice causing Carmen lose every ounce of patience she was trying desperately to maintain.
“BECAUSE I LOVE YOU, YOU IDIOT!” Carmen shouted back wiping Jess’s tears out her eyes
Jess flinched at the contact
“What is going on you can hear the shouting from outside” Lisa asked with Jace standing behind her
“I can’t lose you!” Carmen said looking straight into Jess eyes

Wow indeed! I am shocked, Jess and the baby have a chance of fifty fifty to survive or die. Absolutely a horrible thought.
You mentioned Carmen was in Holland to catch those bastards. It is where i live and it is absolutely horrible to think that people do such things with children in your country or anywhere else. Sadly it still happen over the whole world.
I deeply respect that you write about it in your story, but not only about this but other important issues.

The odds are gonna so not bein JESS’ favor or will they?One mistake and there will be nothing worth holding on for.JESS made the decision and now it appears to have been the wrong one or was it?Jess needs a miracle to pull this off and i hope she gets one.THANKS,ps
Merciful heavens! That is just the most horrific news for anyone to hear, let alone having to live with it for eight months and not tell anyone, then that is the first thing your wife learns from the doctor then the parents have to learn about it after all this time. I’m surprised that shaking was all that happened to Tina, and it isn’t over yet. Surely you will bring both baby and mom thru safely. Great update. Thanks for posting.
