Bette loved the lioness Tina had become. She assured her there was no one that could come close to her, could compare to her; still she thrived on witnessing her woman protect her domain. Not looking at Tina directly, but instead at Bette, Regina stated, “Tiffany is at the station collecting the paperwork for your departure. She will be in shortly so that you can review and sign. You are free to go home after that. I just wanted to come by and wish you the best of luck. You’ll be missed”. She placed a chaste kiss on Bette’s cheek. As Regina made her way to the door, Bette stopped her and voiced, “One last bit of advice Regina. If I were you, I would be concentrating my attention on a certain, beautiful, island girl”. Regina eyed Bette with confusion for she didn’t have a clue as to who Bette was referring to. Bette couldn’t help laughing at the ridiculous features plastered on Regina‘s face. “Don’t worry. You’ll figure it out”. As Regina turned to leave, she was blind to the admiring look coming from Nurse Jones. Tina gladly watched her leave and Bette was compelled to say with much delight, “Baby, I love it when you get all territorial”.
“Bette. Are you sure you have to leave?” Nurse Jones asked with a mischievous smile. “What am I going to do without you barking at my heels?” Bette adored Tiffany and was a serious fan of hoping for a love connection between her two favorite nurses. Bette couldn’t understand how Regina could not know or feel what she saw in Tiffany’s eyes every day; in her honest opinion Nurse Jones was absolutely stunning from head to toe. Tina’s comment of ‘Love is blind’ came to mind. “Tiffany, as much as I would enjoy and miss your company, my departure is long overdue”. Tiffany grew to like Bette, in the beginning she wanted to kill her as did the rest of the staff, but she felt that a certain someone wouldn’t get over her until she left. “Well, if you must abandon ship, sign these release forms first” Tiffany said while handling over the documentation for Bette’s final review and signature. As Bette reevaluated the papers in front of her she thought pushing Tiffany in the right direction wouldn’t hurt. “Just so that you know, Regina is a beautiful woman and if you don’t tell her how you feel, you will lose her”. Tiffany was stunned that anyone even noticed how she acted around Regina for she did her best not to reveal her interest. Tina’s contagious laughter filled the room as she said to Bette, “Stop embarrassing her. Obviously she isn’t ready to take the next step”. Bette looked at Tiffany and commented, “She’s more than ready; just anxious for me to be gone”. Tina happily agreed. “She doesn’t even notice me you guys, but that doesn’t mean I’ll stop trying”. Tina encouragingly replied, “Make sure you don’t”. With that last statement, they each said their respective goodbyes as Doctor Cartwright entered the room for a final check up.

The length was just fine. :) I can see why Bette kept this a secret. Like she said, she wanted Tina to love her as Bette. Some people can’t see beyond a title, fame or wealth. I think Tina would’ve been star struck at first but she wouldn’t have cared if Bette was dirt poor. She would’ve loved her regardless. Plus, it’s not easy to believe a piece of news like, “Oh by the way I’m next in line to run my country. Can we have sex now?”
And miracles do happen…Yeh, thank you…and I agree with Succ1…no end in sight…I’m buckled and lov’n it!!!!

Wow, this story is still very intriquing. Bette as a Queen. Tina is as mad as a hornet’s nest, but I can understand Bette wanting Tina to love her for her and not the position. Does this mean that on the next flight to Bette’s country that we will find one Tina Kennard-Porter and a very handsome Kyle Kennard-Porter? Now that would piss off one mommy dearest. Yes you did great but now you have to post again. I do miss the dark/light angles hanging around though.
