    The showdown in Nice and a lesson about fairy tales

    PREVIOUSLY

    Once she was finished getting ready the two lovers enjoyed their breakfast together while sitting in bed. They left the hotel and took a cab to the bus station. They boarded the bus and Tina took the window seat because she wanted to look at the country side. For the whole ride Bette took advantage of this opportunity to look at the ravishing beauty beside her who she almost lost.

     

    Meanwhile back at the hotel, Alice and Dana went over to Shanes room wondering what Bette had planned for them today.

     

    What do you mean she went somewhere with Tina? asked Alice, feeling out of the loop.

     

    I mean like I said, she went somewhere with Tina this morning, said Shane.

     

    And you didnt ask where or how long shed be gone?

     

    No, Im not nosey like you, replied Shane.

     

    She has a point there, added Dana.

     

    Alice pondered for a minute. Well you know what they say.

     

    What? asked Dana, cutting Alice off.

     

    Alice ignored Danas not polite action and finished what she had to say. When the cats away the mice come out to play


     

     


     

    Me do something stupid? Pshh what would make you think Id do such a thing? questioned Alice.

     

    Its more like what wouldnt make us think youd do something stupid, said Dana

     

    Alice, now crossing her arms and leaning against the wall stated, Hey did you tag along on this trip to have fun or to live like hermits while Bette tries to fix the mess she created?

     

    Shane and Dana looked at each other before responding, Fun.

     

    Alright so thats what were going to have. Just a little good old fashion fun.

     

    The three of them knew that Alices type of fun always somehow ended up in a fiasco but they had no choice because the only person Alice ever listened to when it came to behaving was Bette and that was because she slightly feared Bettes strength.

     

    Meanwhile Bette and Tina finally arrived in Nice. The bus pulled up into the station and the women were shocked at how beautiful it was.  They took a cab to Helenas hotel and as they drove both viewed the picturesque landscape before them.  When they arrived at the hotel, they were in front of another gorgeous sight. The Le Meridien Nice was this huge hotel right off the Mediterranean Sea. It was breath taking. They made their way inside and took the elevator to the sixth floor where Helenas room was.  They stood outside the door marked 666 and Bette couldnt help but chuckle.
