Julia: "Don’t worry…Just go there, and take it easy. Something tells me Carmen will gives you a second chance."

Shane: " I feel the same way."

New york,JFK Airport

It wont be long before the flight takes off. Carmen is a little worried because Sasha hasn’t arrived yet. Suddenly people start jumping aside to avoid being run over by a crazy woman running at top speed…it´s Sasha

Carmen laughs: "what are you doing?" She dries the sweat beaded on Sasha’s forehead. "Why took you so long?"

Sasha is out of breath from all that running. "I needed to buy…something for…your grandma… and your mom."

Carmen: "What?"

Sasha: "Here are the tango CDs and some Cuban cigars for your `nonna’… and the wine I promised to your mom".She bends over, trying to catch her breath. "I think I better start exercising a little more"

Carmen:"Yeah,it looks like you should" She steps up close to Sasha and slides her arm around her waist. " I cant help you get in shape…If you want"

Sasha:"Why are you so bad? Now I won´t be able to sleep thinking about the kind of exercise you would make me do"

"If you got on that plane with me ,you wouldn´t have to imagine anything"

Sasha is the one who´s upset now…but she doesn´t say a word; her face says it all."Well, so we´ll see each other soon" She gives her a peck on the cheek and turns round to leave.

Carmen hugs her "I´m sorry. Sometimes I act like an idiot. Please don´t get mad."

Sasha:"I´m not.It´s just that sometimes it me makes me sad that you don´t trust me. If I ever cross paths with the stupid girl who made you lose faith in the entire world, I swear I´ll beat her up" Sasha always asked herself who it was that had hurt Carmen. But she never asked Carmen to tell her about it; she always waited for her to do it for her own free will. During these past few weeks, Carmen didn´t mention anything about it. Every time someone brought up `old flames´, she looked for a way to change the subject. Her wounds are still raw, and Sasha knows it.

Carmen laughs, imagining Sasha beating Shane up…She feels like a princess in the arms of her knight in shining armor."You would do that for me?"

Sasha:"Yes,do you still doubt that I´d do anything you asked me to? Sometimes it frightens me a little to realize I´ve completely lost myself in you." She comes up very close to Carmen and says," But I like being your bitch"

Carmen can´t help kissing her. Now they can´t stop kissing each other…But the airport loudspeaker is announcing the last call for boarding.

Sasha:"You better be ready when I come back from my trip "

Carmen:"Sweetheart, I´ll bet you anything you want that You´ll be the first to throw in the towel"

"We´ll see"

They stay there,hand in hand.It looks like Carmen doesn´t want to go; she´s who don´t let go of the other hand. What she and Sasha have experienced these past weeks is so wonderful. The truth is she got used to the idea that taking Shane back would be the worst that could happend to her. Sasha offer her so much affection,security,and self-control.Sometimes she can´t believe that things could move along so easily, without secrets, doubts or troubles.Going back to L.A is a test to Carmen.She knows it´s possible to run into Shane.She knows that although her head thinks one thing, part of her heart could never,will never forget her. And although she tries to deny it, something keeps beating her soul,and it needs answers.But the cards are on the table, and there´s no going back. It´s time to face her fears and clarify her feelings, and it´s clear that someone will end up losing.

Carmen finally lets go of Sasha´s hand, saying "Please, don´t be long…When you get back, no one´s going to save you from me"

Sasha: "Darling, the last thing I wish is to be saved"

Carmen finally leaves. Sasha picks up the phone and calls Christian "Did you make the reservations?."

Christian: "You could say hello, Could´n you?. Don´t worry,first thing Saturday I´ll be in L.A "

Sasha:"Hello, my dear,beloved cousin. Feeling better now? OK, so if nothing gets in our way, on Saturday we´ll throw a big surprise party for Carmen. Bye."

Christian: "See you!".
