    Chapter 12

     

    At Shane and Tina’s Apartment

     

     

    Bette stood in front of the building and looked up. This was…actually exactly what she expected. Because if Tina would be capable of renting a nice apartment in a good neighbourhood she wouldn’t be stealing. Bette looked down to the backpack in her hand. This will either cost her 80.000$ or get her a date. Why do I want a date when she just broke into my home? Bette thought. But there was something about Tina Kennard and Bette was determined to find out what it was.

     

    So she walked in and upstairs to Tina’s apartment. I just hope no one will see me Bette thought and tried to open the door. It was locked. Of course it is locked…why shouldn’t it? In that neighbourhood…Oh Bette! Stop being such a snob! she told herself. What now?

     

    Right in that moment an older man stepped around the corner. He looked like a janitor. Well I didn’t want to be seen but that is my only chance…

     

    ‘Excuse me Sir!?’

    ‘Yes young lady? Can I help you?’ He smiled warmly

    ‘I am not sure. Are you the janitor by chance?’

    ‘Yes I am Miss. Why?’

     

    Hm…what kind of story do I tell him?

     

    ‘See I have this little problem. My friend who lives here forgot her backpack at my house and I just wanted to give it back to her but she is not here.’

    ‘Then come back in the afternoon.’

    ‘Unfortunatly that is not possible since I leave in three hours and will be on my way to europe.’

    ‘Then give it to her when you are back’

     

    Wow he is really a hard cookie! But nothing can beat the Porter charm and intelligence…

     

    ‘I will be gone for a few weeks and she needs her Backpack. Sir I really just want to put it in her room and then I leave. You would do me a huge favor.’

    ‘I don’t know….who is your friend?’

    ‘Tina Kennard…blonde hair, sweet smile,…’

    ‘Yeah I know Tina. She is a very nice girl. I guess she and Shane won’t mind if I let a friend in. But promise me you won’t do anything stupid!’ He lifted his finger but smiled

    2. scary tina :( kinda hot but oh so scary.. wouldnt want to be in shanes shoes.. now go on tina, give the art back and ask her on a date or even better: bette meets tina at the door and they kiss very rough but with a lot of passion and longing.. they have sex and then go on the first date:P tina is nice to shane again and everything is fine! the end :P no kidding, cant wait for the next chapter! thank you! pps

    5. Great Chapter! I don’t know if I like the mean Tina, hell who I’m I kidding I like Tina anyway she is :) I hope Bette Porter can handle T. I think I would be scared as hell. I hope Tina and Bette put this behind them soon and get together.

    7. Tina is so playing exactly into Bette’s hands – I love it! Bette knew she wouldn’t be able to resist a repeat break in…now this should be interesting. PPS

    9. Bette chasing Tina down now Tina running after Bette. I can’t wait for the two to come face to face again. Not sure which has it the worst, Bette or Tina.
