Lara: ….I miss her, too.

Alice: Y’know….I almost feel guilty sometimes…

Lara: Why’s that…?

Alice: I think it’s because I miss her…but at the same time…I’m with you.  And…..I can only imagine how different things would be if she were still and what would happen then.

Lara: We don’t know.  We loved her and she loved us so much, there’s really no telling.  But….it’s not something we should torture ourselves with.  Because I honestly feel she’s somewhere smiling at us right now.  Not just because two people she cared so deeply about are now taking care of each other, but…..we’ve grown into something special together.

Alice smiles.

Alice: Yeah…  It’s crazy, though…..in some weird way I feel she may have brought us together.

Lara: Our love for Dana may have been what brought us together.  But Alice….our love for each other is what’s going to keep us together.

Alice shifts her body, placing her right side against Lara and placing her face closer to Lara’s.

Alice: We’re inseperable now.

Lara smiles and turns her face closer to Alice’s.

Lara: And we’re staying that way.

The two exchange lips and tongue as they fade into the night.  They’re not about to give up now.

Marina’s not about to give up as she rests beside Jenny in bed.  There is no romance tonight as Jenny simply wants to feel comfort in her slumber.  Across the hall, Shane and Carmen aren’t about to give up….however they’re close to giving in as Carmen holds Shane in her arms as they lay together in bed.  Slowly but surely, they mend what was once broken.

Gomey’s TV is beyond repair, but hopefully he isn’t as far as those in the room with him are concerned.  Mark arrives, walking in and seeing everyone else looking back at him, except for Gomey.  Mark surveys the TV and then sees the gun on the floor.

Mark: Has it been unloaded?

Dax: Yep.

Mark: Good.

Mark walks up to Gomey and crouches down in front of him.

Mark: Forgive my bluntness but….you need help, dude.

Gomey: No shit.

Mark: Look….all the crap…the fight and everything….that’s behind us.  But no matter what’s happening…next time you decide to shoot something…let me know.  That way I can save you the trouble of messing up what was a perfectly good television set.

Gomey: You’re right about everything, man…I shouldn’t have tried to take that-

Mark: None of that matters now.  What matters now is that you don’t do anything this stupid again.  You been hitting the bar with a vengeance again?

Gomey nods.

Mark: Okay…next time you wanna drink….you call me.  Gene….bring your beer over here.  We’ll hang out, bullshit a little while….like old times.

Robin: You’ve got friends, Gomey.

Mark looks at Robin, then back at Gomey.

Mark: That’s right!  You cool now?

Gomey: Yeah…didn’t mean to scare you guys tonight.

Robin: It’s okay.  We’re here for you.
