In the house Bette had cried herself out. She had been so shocked that Tina had walked out on her. It had always been her who had walked out so for Tina to walk away from their fight had been a shock – and Bette knew that she could not run after her.
And she wanted to – she wanted to chase her and beg her to come back home so they could try and work things through. But she couldn’t leave Danny and she didn’t want to take him with her.
She knew she had over-reacted when she had caught Tina masturbating. It was just that she felt so impotent – all the same using Henry against Tina had been very unfair. That was the thing that she needed to apologise for.
She fed, bathed and re-dressed Danny but still he was picking up on her mood of desperation and was still crying – his tears reflected how Bette felt about the argument with Tina.

Thank you for bringing them back together…and for not letting this argument drag on…they need to keep the lines of communication open if they want to survive. When they have arguments they both go for the jugular they need to control their tempers. Thank you for posting.
Ahem… Actually I’m 25 today because thats all I need to be… its a great age! LOL
It is so nice to see that Bette and Tina can begin to open up to each other about their love for one another. It is very hard not to dictate how your loved one should live when all you are trying to do is keep them safe. All the hormones of both women are sending them into hyper sensitivity actions (I don’t think that made sense, oh well chalk it up to being a dimwit) that they may have never done before.
Tina loves Bette so dearly.that she felt like she need to care for her and protect her. They have go to learn to talk and not just jump in to thing with words. thanks
Perhaps their relationship would improve if Tina stopped being such an autocrat and included Bette in decision making instead of imposing all sorts of rules on her ‘for her own good’. When Bette was pregnant Tina forbade her to attend to her business in any way. With the arrival of the baby, Tina alone sets the perimeters of how Bette is to deal with sexuality. Bette is 41, but even if she were only 25, she should be treated like an equal.

Journals speak the soul when an audience is just too intrusive. The fact she is willing to share her secret thoughts with Bette, tells you right there of her determination to ease any remaining doubt in Bette’s mind. Lovin’ this series!!
