    Author Notes:

    After Party – Marina has a proposal to Lara – Jenny writes – Bette & Tina have breakfast – Dana and Alice have each other for breakfast – A wrench in the wedding plans – Sam and Shane in bed with peanutbutter – jadedrogue strikes again

     

                “I’m going to go make us some coffee, ok?”  Ivan nodded; taking a long deep breath to steady herself.

                “How can you eat that?” Sam asked, watching as Shane ate peanut butter from the jar, dipping her finger in and dragging a huge blob of it out and shoving it into her mouth. 

     

                “Hm Sits mood.”  Laughed Shane, who swallowed and laughed some more at the look that Sam was giving her.  They were still in bed, and hadn’t slept yet.  First having made love, it wasn’t *****, it was love Shane thought to herself.  Then they’d talked, about everything and anything they could think off.

     

                “Your turn.”  Sam said, pushing a pillow under her head, Shane balanced the jar on her belly, watching it move up and down with each slow breath.

     

                “First love?”  They’d been playing the question thing for hours now, learning and loving each question and answer.

     

                “C.J…”  She said simply, with a shrug.

     

                “I should have known that, she was beautiful I saw the picture on the mantle, stunning.”  Sam nodded, thinking of a question.

     

                “How many women have you slept with?”  Shane‘s face paled and Sam thought she’d struck a nerve.  “My bad?”  She questioned, her fingers wrapping around Shane’s as Shane shook her head no and draped herself across Sam’s lap.

     

                “Just not something I usually tell.  Under 2.”  Sam cocked an eyebrow and sat up, nose to nose with Shane.

     

                “Under 2?  Feet?  Hundred?  Thousand?”  Shane nodded.

     

                “The last one.”  Sam fell back onto the pillow taking a deep breath.

     

                “I suddenly feel really inexperienced….”  Her voice very soft the unknown accent drifting into her voice again.

     

                “Sam…  I.. Umm.  God I never had a problem talking about my past before.” 

     

                “You don’t have to I shouldn’t have asked.  Next.”  Chuckled Sam pulling the cover up over her naked body in an unconscious turn of events.

     

                “I used to work the strip.”  Sam nodded understanding now.  She didn’t need to know but Shane had told her and now her own fears were coming into play.

    1. ooooh, very very interesting. Shane and Sam are going to have an open relationship, I do wonder if that will work, well maybe how long will with it work. I do like the idea LOL. Ivan should just ask Kit if she’s been drinking again. They are about to get married, so trust should be a basis. Dana is also in a battle it seems. Wonder how that will play out.

    2. Good portrait of Tina with a little back bone. She’s a little rough, isn’t she? Where did all the moxie come from, T? Why is Lara everywhere touching everybody? Oh and is anybody sure of anything?

    3. I’m a ONE person woman, I was not taugh to share. Dana needs to do some deep soul serching about Alice Lara is after someone or something. Kit is going to mess up big time. because of her uncertainty. Tina remind me of a Sargent in the service sometime. thanks bvh

    4. I wonder if Shane can handle an open relationship? Sam on the otherhand has done thios before, but being that Sam is the first person that Shane has fallen for, should Shane go that route? She’ll more than likely be pissed that Sam is off w/ someoneone else. Jelousy may rear its ugly head big time. Like this self assured Tina who stands up as Bette’s equal.
