    Bette rolled her eyes. She stood up and got Alice the beer.

    Alice sat down between Angelica and Valentino.

    Angelica: Uhm, Aunt, I’d like to sit next to my boyfriend.

    Bette: Alice, get up and let my daughter sit next to Valentino.

    Alice stood up.

    Alice: You like him.

    Gianni: That’s because he studies Art…

    Alice: Oh, not another art-freak. Angel, you really want the male version of you mother?

    Angelica: Val isn’t like Mom B; they just share the same passion, that’s all.

    Alice: All the same. Now, you Valentino tell me about yourself.

    The talk went. After a while Bette stood up to get everyone another drink. Phoebe told her mother she would help. Once they were in the kitchen…

    Phoebe: Mom?

    Bette: Yes, sweetie.

    Phoebe: Can, uhm, Do stay over tonight…

    Bette frowned.

    Bette: I don’t know.

    Phoebe: Please Mom?

    Bette: Did you ask Mom T?

    Phoebe: No. I’ll get her.

    Phoebe got Tina.

    Tina: What’s the matter?

    Phoebe: Hum, can Do stay over?

    Tina: I don’t know. Go back to the living room while I talk to your Mom B.

    Phoebe nodded and walked back to living room.

    Bette: What do you think?

    Tina: Actually, I’m fine with it. She is 17, if she haze sex tonight I will at least know she isn’t doing it in the park or in an inappropriate or dangerous place.

    Bette: I don’t know if I’m comfortable knowing that my daughter is in the next room having sex.

    Tina smiled and kisses her wife.

    Tina: I can distract you…

    Bette smiled at Tina and shaked her head.

    Bette: Maybe… but really, do we let Do stay?

    1. Hi JB_L, Some fun and sexual hijinxs at the Porter-Kennard house. It was good to read that Val and Bette got on so well and that Angie trusted Tina with her feelings and fears about having sex. Val does seem to care deeply about Angelica.
