Tina: “Let me get your stuff.”

As Tina walked over to the trunk, Bette slowly let go off Tina’s hand. Returning with the bags, Tina took Bette’s hand in hers again as they walked over to the door. She opened the door and dropped the bags on the side. As Bette walked in, everyone screamed “surprise!”.

Bette just stood there in shock and in total awe of her friends and family. Bette turned to look at Tina, who just smiled at her. Bette returned the smile before greeting her family. She was truly amazed by all the effort they had done to decorate the house and create a nice atmosphere. Bette hugged her mother, Jason, her grandfather, her father, Samantha, Matty, Dana, Shane and Alice and thanked them all. She was thrilled to see her family again after such a long time.

Bette: “I can’t believe you guys just flew all the way over here.”

Cathy: “We all love you Bette. You mean so much to us, we just had to at least see you.”

Matty: “Yeah we missed you Bette. Plus, I didn’t have to go to school and got to meet your cool friends.”

The whole group just laughed and this was how the rest of the day was, filled with laughter, joy and love.

Bette’s family went back to Belgium the next day. The rest of the week flew by, time really does fly when you’re having fun. And that was what Bette and Tina were having, fun accompanied by love and trust. Their love for one another had deepened even more by the previous events and they felt even more at ease with each other. Even though they both worked again, they took some afternoons off to just spend time with one another. They knew they were definitely ready to start a family.

Tina woke up early on a Monday morning and decided to let Bette sleep for a while longer. During her morning routine, she took a test to see if she was ovulating and waited for the outcome. A broad smile rose upon her face as she saw it was positive. She ran out to the bedroom and jumped on the bed, where Bette was still sleeping. She tickled Bette until she woke up.

Tina: “Bette, Bette, baby wake up.”

Bette: “T? I’m still tired baby.”

Tina: “I know babe but something happened and I need to tell you about it right now, please?”

Hearing the pleading tone in Tina’s voice, Bette opened her eyes and looked at her wife. She sat up and waited for Tina to tell her what was going on.

Bette: “You have my undivided attention T. What’s up?”

Tina: “I’m ovulating!”

Bette: “Babe that’s great! I love you so much!”

Bette grabbed Tina towards her and hugged her. Upon letting go of her hold, she looked into Tina’s eyes and brushed her hair behind her ears. She placed a soft kiss on Tina’s lips and on her tummy.

Tina: “I love you Bette. Let’s make a baby. Here in our home, tonight. What do you say?”

Bette: “Hmm, that would be wonderful T. This is really it.”

Tina: “Yes it is.”

Bette: “I’ll get the sperm tonight after work. Meet me here at six?”

Tina: “Great. Six it is. I’m going to take my shower.”

Tina walked over to the bathroom and stopped in front of the door upon hearing Bette’s voice.

Bette: “Can I join you?”

Tina: “If you can catch me.”

Bette jumped out of bed, almost tripping over her own feet and ran as fast as she could. She caught Tina right on time before closing the door.

Bette: “Got you.”

They slowly undressed each other and entered the shower. As the hot steam of the shower left the bathroom, so did the moans of pleasure escaping their lips.
