Tina: "Don’t worry babe Ill take care of it. And please just trust me."

Bette: "Of course Tee."

Tina: "Did you just call me Tee?"

Bette: "Oh sorry I just..umm

Tina: smiling brightly “Please don’t be sorry…I like it.”

Better just smiled as her lover kissed her brow then reached for the other sheet draped across the bed.  Tina slowly wrapped the sheet around gesturing to Bette that she should try to find her clothes and get dressed.

Tina then slowly walked over to where Eric was; his back had been to them while he was continuing to ramble on.

Tina: Eric, honey. I don’t really want to share.

Hearing this caused Bette to smile while she was hurriedly getting dressed. However, her happiness was short lived…

Tina: “ You that is. So why don’t we just send her home that way we can continue…”

Upon hearing this Bette’s mouth flew open. She was utter and complete shock at the words that were coming out of Tina’s mouth. She hadn’t known Tina long by any means but she did think she knew her better than that.

Bette slowly started to make her way towards the door, trying not to disturb Eric and Tina on her way.

Tina: speaking to Eric, “why don’t you just go ahead and get in bed while I go get rid of her”.

Eric looked to Bette and sent her a condescending smile then walked into the bathroom to get ready for his night with Tina.

Tina and Bette left the bedroom and made their way towards the door. Just as Bette was turning around to ask Tina what the hell was going on Tina slammed her up against the wall kissing her hard, hot, and fast.

The kiss went on for only a few seconds before Tina pulled back.

Tina: “I’m so sorry Bette! I just couldn’t think of another way to get him to stop! Please do not think that I want to sleep with him because I swear to you I do not!”

Bette smiled slightly realizing she had gotten upset for no reason.

Bette: “I know baby, it’s ok, calm down. I know you don’t want to be with him…. You know, you could just come home with me…

Tina: “As much as I would love that you know I can’t. I do owe him some explanation.”

Bette: “I know but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. You could always just meet him for lunch or something, away from a bed… Just please promise me that if you do stay you wont sleep with him…I know I have no right to ask that of you but please…”

Tina smiled at Bette’s jealousy and vulnerability. Most people only saw Bette as a ruthless gallery owner but Tina knew there was much more to the beauty than that.

Tina: “Your cute. Please Bette, trust me. And I swear to you I will do nothing with him. I love you.”

The women heard Eric coming out of the bathroom and quickly kissed once more.

Bette: “I trust you. And I love you too Tina. It sounds crazy but I do.”

The women just gazed at one another lovingly then quickly embraced once more after hearing Eric again.

Bette: “Are you sure you don’t want to come with me?” Bette offered her hand with a smile…

Will Tina go with Bette? Or stay the night with Eric?… TBC?..
