Previously…
“Oh my gosh, what am I suppose to do?” asked Bette frantically as she waved the dead fly around the group.
“I don’t know! Throw it out!” yelled Alice as she hit Bette’s hand away from her face causing her to swing towards Shane.
“Well get it away from me!” Shane yelled jumping back a little.
“Hang on, hang on” Tina said rushing up to Bette and grabbing her hand stilling her motions. “Let me have that” she said softly as she slide her hand over Bette’s and slowly took the chopsticks out of her hand. Tina quickly cupped the end of the chopsticks with a napkin and disposed of the fly within the kitchen.
“Oh wow, now that was impressive” Meghan said her mouth wide open staring at Bette.
“Well what can I say? I’m a woman of many talents” Bette laughed as she gingerly eased herself back down in her seat a little shaken up by her small fly-catching ordeal.

The group of women had a lovely dinner that night. Everyone laughed when Shane decided it was best for her to stick to a knife and fork, and when Bette insisted she would master the chopsticks before the meal was over.
Tina couldn’t help but watch Bette and her interactions with Meghan. She couldn’t help but think that maybe Bette had a little more talent with the chopsticks than what she wanted to admit and yet, she was more than willing to make a fool of herself to make Meghan laugh.
Meghan barely touch a single piece of her food because she was laughing so hard. She had never seen much food slide across the table, fall onto the floor, or fly halfway across the room.
Now everyone was full and relaxing as the night came to a close. Kit was sitting on the couch, watching the evening news with Meghan propped up against her shoulder fast asleep. Shane and Alice were sitting on the other couch, facing each other, debating the fundamentals of shoe laces. Bette was in the kitchen, helping Tina wash up some of the dishes.
“The dinner was really great, thanks again for inviting us” Bette said as she reached into the hot water for another plate.

Dana was probably too busy staring at Bette’s feet earlier and walked into something which knocked out a filling. I must say that London really works as the setting here since this reminds me of a British comedy.
Ha Ha Ha Dana is wierd enough without having a foot fetish. Poor Alice she always thinks the world revolves around her. Hopefully Bette and Tina will get to see each other without the gang soon. PPS.

Oh man that was funny. Liked her feet, I really did not see that one coming. Does Tina and Megan get to go to the concert on Friday? I would really like to take you to dinner but I can’t swim that far yet. Maybe in another 200 years I will have mastered that distance.
