Alice – When are you going to be back?
Dana – I don’t know.
Alice – At least take my phone so I can call you.
Dana – Is that really necessary?
Alice – Are you really going to do this to me again? Because I couldn’t call you is why I got on the plane in the first place.
Dana – Aren’t you afraid I’ll lose your’s too?
Alice – You better not… or you’ll be buying me a new one.
Alice hands her the phone.
Alice – And you better have it on.
Dana – I promise I’ll have it on.
Alice – I expect you to answer it when it rings.
Dana – Why do I feel like I should be wearing one of those bands around my ankle? The ones that criminals wear when they are under house arrest.
Alice gives Dana a slug on the arm.
Dana – Guess I better not get too far out of line or you’ll duel out some awful type of punishment for me.
Dana grins.
Alice – You can be such an ass sometimes……
Dana – I guess I deserve that, but I am sorry for not calling you.
Alice – It’s not like you to forget. What is going on with you lately?
Dana – Nothing…. I’ve just been really busy trying to get my career back on track.
Alice – Is that really it?
Dana – Relax, babe… you’re way too suspicious.
Alice – I’m not letting this go, Dana. It feels like we’re drifting apart again and I don’t know what to do about it.
Dana – We’ll be ok. Can we talk about this later? I really have to go.
Alice – I’ll be waiting…. and I’ll call you if you are gone too long.
Dana rolls her eyes as she heads for the door.
Alice – Don’t I get a kiss?… or do I have to ask for one now?
Dana – Sorry…
Dana gives her a quick peck on the lips and grabs her purse off the nightstand before she leaves.

Kristen had never been a big fan of confrontations. She’d just as soon walk away then deal with hearing anything that might hurt, but even Kristen had her moments. There were some things that just couldn’t be avoided… or at least not for very long. It was time to have the talk with Derek and the thought of even looking at him turned her stomach. It didn’t take much to upset her stomach these days…. the morning sickness was particularly bad this time around.

Damn, I’m truly honored that you dedicated this chapter to me. I think, I grew another four inches after reading it, lol. THANK YOU! And for the record,I didn’t force you to write, was just asking politely, lol. At least, it definitely repaid that I had such a long break from you. And it wasn’t easy not talking to you:-( Thanks for forgiving me. That makes my day:-) Yes, you’re right. I only love you for your story, lol. How did you find out? lolRoxy is still one of my favorite characters. Definitely love her but I don’t have the hots for her. Not yet. Maybe if you described her looks I would be all over her, lol. That chapter was outstanding. You know how much I love dialogues. Finally, Kristen found out that Roxy the devil was evil enoughto scheme an intrigue against her. At least, Derek knows that Kristen’s pregnant. Still think, their marriage won’t work out just because Kristen isfixated on Dana. What will she do with Roxy now that she knows that she didn’tplay fairly? I would like to see a massacre but I know that Kristen’s a softie. Don’t pregnant women also change their behavior? lol Glad, that Dana found someone who could tell her something about Roxy and hercircumstances in her youth. Hope it’ll help her to understand what made Roxy to be the person she is. I fear, that it’ll be soon over between Dana and Alice. Maybe at its best since they don’t trust each other. They made a huge step by letting out all the things that were kept closed. The time was right to have that serious talk. But I do believe a break would be the right decision for the time being ’cause their relationship is based on sex only. Love without trust doesn’t exist. Mud wrestling as a therapy seems to be a great idea, lol. Why not? It’s fun and it would bring the people closer together, lol. Like my idea? Hmmmmmm, I would love it if you gave me a lap dance. Just don’t know if you’re too shy for this. Are you? If not I’m booking the next flight over, lol. Guess, I still need Andrea’s phone number. You can never know enough, lol. As for the tape she handed over to Roxy….I know Roxy will be having fun watching it and taking advantage of that to get to Alice. Can’t blame her. Maybe you could hook Dana up with Kate Beckinsale when things are starting to fall apart with Alice? lolI’m sure, she wouldn’t mind at all. Thanks for this brillant update, darlin’. OMG, this is another excellant chapter. I am thrilled to see D & A figuring things out together. I hope that they will be have the patience and love for each other to ride through Andrea’s evil scheme. I am pretty sure that Roxy will maximize the use of the tape. I have loved this story from the start and the twists and turns made it even more exciting. I really don’t mind all the bad situations they have endured as long as every now and then these two get to work things out with hope. PPS.

hmm, while better than before, they’re still not communicating much and things are just getting worse. The lying is another thing I’m really concerned about. If they can’t be honest with each other for more than five minutes, what the hell is the point?
WoW!! Another brilliant chapter. I’m glad my 2 fave girls are finally communicating,even there’s still some lying going on. Wonder how Kristen is gonna handle being back with Derek while still having feelings for Dana. Or is she gonna get back with Derek? And why oh why won’t Roxy and Andrea just go away?
