Roxy laid on the bed. She could still feel Alice… the way she teased her nipples, kissing her lips, and pulling her towards the wall. They had gotten so close to fucking right there in the garage. Not exactly a romantic place to show Alice how she felt about her. The moment that almost happened would’ve… Alice wanted her, but she hesitated and thats what ruined the moment. It was Erika. Roxy hadn’t lied about being with another woman since Erika. Why did this have to happen to her now? It wasn’t like she was coming back, yet a part of her felt like she was cheating on her. Betraying the memory of her… If things were different, Roxy and Erika would’ve been together… still together. But this was now, Alice was filling that void. Now that she had a little taste of what it could be like with her, Roxy was willing to do anything to make Alice hers. Dana had to go…
Dana was getting restless and decided to just get out of the tub. She slipped on her robe and walked into the bedroom. Taking a deep breath, she went into the livingroom and stood in front of the coffee table where Alice was working. Alice didn’t even look up.
Dana – Can we talk?
Alice – Not now, Dana.
Dana – Please, Alice?
Alice – Maybe later… when I’m done.
Dana walked away… feeling very hurt. Alice was shutting her out… that was worse then getting yelled at by her. At least if she was yelling at her… she was communicating her feelings. Alice was struggling with all those feelings going on inside. She was angry…. at Roxy and Dana, both for different reasons. Feeling sad and confused as well. Not to mention… feeling really guilty about wanting Roxy to satisfy her needs. It would’ve happened too… Roxy was right. It was because of Roxy that it didn’t. Alice practically willed it to happen. The sad part about all of it, she couldn’t talk to her bestfriend about it. Their relationship was so different now. If she didn’t confide in someone soon, she swore she was going to burst.
Dana couldn’t handle being shut out and she knew Alice wasn’t going to talk to her tonight. She took something to help her sleep. Alice hadn’t really done anything, work-wise. She stretched out on the couch and watched tv till she finally fell asleep. Roxy came out sometime later for a glass of water before turning in. Alice was on the couch fast asleep. Roxy turned off the tv and grabbed the blanket from the chair. Laying it on her body, she leaned down and placed a kiss on her cheek.

Great Update! Roxy was right about them stopping because of her hesitation. How long can Alice hold her off?
So yes, as you said, this chapter had allot of drama and crap in it but I appreciate the bit of hope you give us in the last paragraph. I know that once the truth comes out Dana will be upset with Alice but in the end they’ll be together. I just hate that Roxy keeps toying with Alice- especially when she’s vulnerable. I’m glad Alice is determined to show Dana how much she means to her but Alice needs to tell Dana the truth soon. You have me curious as to what the hell’s up with Lara’s body (or missing body as the case may be)…I’m still waiting for Dana to get better and for the scorching hot sex to be had ;) Great job as usual and thanks for the comment! Can’t wait till the update…
Wow I grovel at your feet, this will be the third time I’ve read this chapter and I can’t not love it. I tried and failed miserably, Alice needs to get her ass in gear and tell Dana, things are only going to get worse and when the shit hits the fan, they better have a good cleaning lady. I loved the shopping scene, and all the bickering, man Alice you have it hard you’ve got Dana Tony Gina and Roxy all dying to be with you the stress must be otherwordly. Meanwhile I can’t get a glance but that’s ok…whatever. Anyway great chapter again (but you don’t need me to tell you that for you to know it’s amazing). Update soon (but I’ll keep on you and make sure it happens) :)

Thank you for your sweet comment. :D You got me worried there… When I didn’t find an update of this story in the last couple of days, I thought you left me! :P As long as you keep writing this wonderful story (I can’t believe it’s the 40th chapter either!), I’ll keep commenting. :D I’m really curious what’s in that clock. Time will tell, I will try to wait patiently… :S A lot of fighting this chapter. The tension (in all of its meaning) is still building up, nice. :)Poor Dana tough (actually poor all of them), I wonder how she will react when she hears the whole truth. Roxy’s plans to win Alice over always seem to backfire on her in the end, don’t they? :D As you probably can guess, Roxy’s plans are working for me, because they get Alice more drawn to Dana. When did Sharon Fairbanks become so nice and supportive? I think it’s sweet that Alice called her out of concern for Dana. And I justed wanted to say that – in my opinion – the doctor can give Dana an OK (on Dana being healed) in the near future. If the doctor doesn’t want to, they can come to me. I mean if that’s the only thing that’s standing in the way of hot Danish love making, I can pretend to have a medical background and give Dana an OK. :P
Here’s my happy ending…The mob starts gunning for Roxy, The FBI kicks her out for misconduct, she now must fend for herself. Shane catches wind of all this Roxy crap and has some of her old street pals rough her up. Soon the mob catches up to Roxy and she is sleepin’ with the fishes. Dana and Alice confess all of their sins and live happily ever after.

Drama, drama, drama…I loved every bit of it. Roxy is a piece of work but she doesn’t seem te be getting closer to Alice as she wants. That’s a good thing though. I think that Dana hates Roxy as much as I do. Loved Kirstens part in it and cannot wait to find out what happened to Lara’s body!! And Sharon to the rescue, who knew! Go Sharon, make your daughter see the light. Hope Alice tells Dana the truth about her and Roxy just to get that over with. Brteyes you had me for 13 pages and I’m counting the days for the next update. Thanks your great!
